The room was small although spotlessly clean and well organised. we had trouble finding the right coffee capsules and milk. The area can be a little noisy.

This was in a very central location close to the historical area and fado music. We were given good maps and suggestions.

Nothing really special, maybe we wanted to stay longer, 4 days was too short :).

Very good stay in Lisbon in Ana's place, essencially because of two factors : First, Ana is a wonderfull guest. The communication was easy and very good before our arrival so it was really easy to come to her place the day we arrived. Even if we arrived very late in the night, Ana waited for us close to the appartement and took all the time required to bring us to the appartement and give us a lot of good informations about our stay and about Lisbon in general. Then, the studio is in a very quiet neighborhood, that allowed us to sleep well at night and be fit for visiting this beautiful city of Lisbon. The studio in itself is well located, close to the castle and the main public transport stops. The size of the appartement is perfect for 2. To sum up : very good place, I recommend deeply.

- The stairs are a nightmare with big luggage - Not suitable for people with disabilities - Lower part of the Alfama means, of course, it can be noisy at times. However, this is still not the worst I've seen in my life. - Wi-fi was slow.

- The flexibility of the host regarding check-in and check-out in accordance with the circumstances - Very, very clean, which is not that obvious in the lower (dirtier) part of the Alfama district (in some places just a few dozens meter away you can have huge cockroaches, so we were happy to be in a clean place) - In case you need a +/- secure car park, the nearby cruise ship terminal has one - Litterally everything you need is there. Fully equipped. - Close to lots of restaurants, small shops, the Fado museum, the cathedral, etc.

There was nothing we did not like - it was perfect for us!

Where it was situated which was in a traditional house in an area with narrow cobbled streets. Ana, our host was excellent from the start of our booking to completion. We were met at the property and provided with lots of valuable information about Lisbon and the area we were staying in.

Since the guesthouse was located in the historical district, there was street noise (people talking, etc), but it stopped by 11. The guesthouse was a bit challenging to find in the maze of historical streets, however, the owner met us at a convenient spot and walked us to the guesthouse.

The room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We truly felt like we were in Portugal staying there. The host was very pleasant, informative and thorough. The location was conveniently located to public transportation and restaurants.

As others have said, the apartment is rather small, especially the bathroom and bed area. But space is fine for two people . Do be careful of bed leg right outside of the bathroom. It's easy to hit a toe or foot on.

The apartment is located in lower Alfama, and there are only two blocks from the Fado Museum, so it is easy to get to with luggage. It is also only a five minute walk to a Metro station. Kitchenette and bathroom are modern and well equipped. Ana. Was very helpful and easy to work with. Was very quiet and relaxing.

Not the host's fault but there is a lot of trash in the area also someone was dragging tables and then dropping them which woke me each night at about 2 am.

The studio was very clean and the kitchen was apportioned very well. the only thing I wished was that the bed had an upper sheet rather than just a blanket. The other issue was the air freshener in the bathroom was overwhelming the entire space. So I placed it in the closet during my stay. All is good!

Well located in Alfama, 10 minute walk from Santa Apolonia metro& train station. Ana is a friendly and informative host. The apartment is as described- small but clean, and had everything you need for a short stay in Lisbon. Would recommend if you want to stay in Alfama.

Ana Paula is wonderful, she gave us really useful suggestions on Lisbon and she was very helpful. The location is perfect, the real heart of Lisbon. Being in the real center of an old City, do not expect huge rooms. The flat is small but it has everything (except AC, but there is a nice fan and leaving the windows open we did not really feel the need for AC). Next time in Lisbon, again here :D

Lovely studio in the middle of Alfama brotherhood. Our host Ana is a really nice lady who waited for us and gave us the keys and all the information we needed. The room is very nice, clean, with modern house machinery. We will come back!
