Shower is very hard to regulate water temperature. Very cold or very very hot. Floor is super slippery when wet. The rug on the floor had a very slippery rubber backing. It worked better upside down.

Very modern, clean and comfortable interior. Nice kitchen and good beds! Beautiful bathroom to look at.

Bathroom was OK but not great and could do with an update.

Accommodation was roomy and had adequate facilities e.g. washing machine, dishwasher etc. Location was quiet and close to a metro station but some distance from the 'Old Town'' if you wanted to go there frequently.

The bathroom is a bit small and the main bedroom mattress wasn't great.

Paulo was a great host he was quick to reply to all questions. He picked us up at the airport and handed over the keys. The space is lovely.

The parking wasn’t free. Communication to get access to the apartment was difficult since owner was able to see my email but I wasn’t able to see his replies. My phone couldn’t dial to an European phone and I was worried about how to get in the apartment, the problem was solved when owner texted me via what’s up, which I hadn’t thought of doing.

Very safe and quiet apartment, comfortable bed, clean, nice temperature without need of air conditioning, plenty of natural light, included washer and wi-fi, close to parking and shopping mall.

The property is away from the city centre though near to airport. The door of bathroom doesn't seem to close and tends to open by itself after sometimes. There is no latch to hold the door. It's also at 3rd floor without lift which would be difficult to climb if there is heavy luggage to carry.

The host was kind enough to receive us at the airport and drop us to the property in his own car with no charge. He was also kind enough to let us know of all that we would need to know about the neighborhood. The bus stop is walkable and has good connectivity. The kitchen is fully functional. The wifi works good. House is clean and has sufficient supplies provided by the host.

1. One of two bedrooms had no windows and had molds on one wall. 2. in case you plan to rent a car, you won’t be able to park nearby as parking lot are for residents (but there are garages nearby). 3. hand soap, dish soap, sponges and soap for laundry were not available when we arrived at the apartment. 4. the washing machine was not working 5. cutlery was in poor condition (with food rest still on it)

Paulo had to wait very long as our flight was strongly delayed. Nevertheless he was very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips for breakfast places. Theappartment is quiet. With better knowledge of underground system theplace can be reached very easy
