The hotel and location were great! Great balcony overseeing a pretty town.. The day staff were excellent. The breakfast room was very basic and lacked character....felt like a conference room, no staff, very basic set tables But good adequate and nice breakfast options, pastries were really nice. Great place!

We stayed during Carnaval weekend so it was really busy in the spa, the pool is small so filled up quickly and the water in the hot tub soon became dirty.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is exceptionally clean and the beds are so comfortable. We were a family of 4 and the rooms are well set up for accommodating young children. The rooms are cleaned daily and there is a lovely view and balcony to relax. The breakfast is a good choice and refreshed regularly through the morning sitting. We did the evening buffet one night and this was also nice and good value for money. The spa is a an added bonus with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi!!

The hot food on breakfast was quite salty & oily, so we enjoyed the bread, the fruit and oatmeal. I also prefer fresh coffee instead of out a machine, that’s just me. The scent that the hotel pushes from the vents was quite strong for our senses. When we asked about it the Concerige said they would put less aroma in the vents during our stay.

The location across from the gym/pool and natural cafe was a pleasant surprise. Easy to walk to town and nature paths nearby. Great view outside of hotel room. The suana was perfect reset to the day.

The inside pool was smaller than expected and it was very crowded. There were a lot of noisy kids in the area which made it difficult to relax. There was a pool table next to the bar but you had to pay 2€ for every game which was quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

The rooms were nice and the bed was super comfortable.

The dinner in the restaurant only really had a single menu with 3 courses - no a la carte - although we only ordered the appetizer and that was ok as well (paid only a portion of the menu price).

Mostly everything was ok - the service and staff were friendly and helpful (especially in the lounge/bar). Spa area requires a bathing cap (which we didn’t have) so we never tried it out. All in all everything was ok - given the price…

we went for a night as a family of 6 and we just loved every single thing at Luna, the place is simply amazing, the weather was favorable so we spent the afternoon at the pool, the water was surprisingly warm, I don't think it's heated but it was in a really comfortable temperature. the room was so comfortable that we didn't want to go back home! if you have the option to have the meal included just go for it! I can't describe how good the food was, we had codfish and we really loved it, there are plenty of options for the kids as well, and it's buffet, you don't even have to wait to get served, if you have kids that's a great advantage, last but not the least, the staff was really friendly! big Shout out to everyone that makes this experience such a great one! I'll for sure be back!

There was way too much chlorine in the jacuzzi. It burned my eyes and made it hard to breathe.

The swimming pool was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was cool (yay).
