This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel with my 10 year old daughter. We absolutely love it!!! The hotel is located on a quiet street yet close to the ocean, the center and restaurants. The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive! The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. Good internet ! Recommended !

Staff is very friendly and make us feel at home at the time we arrived. He kindly has lend us glasses and wine opener so we could enjoy our night in the room. The room is nice, good shower and facilities. Good location, near to the beach

very quiet room. we needed to learn how the blind worked. very cosy and old world typical hotel. east to walk to the beach and all around. easy to get home after dinner. lovely local fish restaurant recommended by host

Probably the sweetest welcome I've ever had in a hotel. The owner and his wife made our stay unforgettable, thank you! The location was easy to find. The room at the top floor had a great balcony and much space. The hotel is beautiful and clean!

Simple, clean, with lots of character. Can’t beat it for the price. Would return. Hotel owner great. I couldn’t speak Portuguese. He couldn’t speak English well, so we settled on German!

There is no lift, we didn't mind. I guess the bathroom could do with some updating, but in truth it is a more sustainable option to maintain it.

Fab location near the sea and plenty of pattisseries around and the food market. Delightful staff willing to give help and assist. Beds were comfortable, lovely toiletries and fluffy towels. We had the roof terrace and saw spectacular sun sets from it.

Difficult to find if driving with narrow one-way streets with limited street signage. There was just by chance a parking spot near the hotel. Otherwise parking would have been quite far away and hard to find. There was no breakfast due to problems that he said started during Covid. Shower products were limited to a shower gel.

Very friendly and helpful host. Nice quiet room with excellent bed and shower. Good advice about places to eat dinner and continental style breakfast. WiFi fast and adequate and was password protected. The place was spotlessly clean, which we had also noted the previous time we stayed there.

we really liked the hotel, we had a great room with a huge terrace, lovely to sit out at night. the location is great, near to restaurants and bars and also close to the beach. the room was simple but comfy. the hotel management were friendly and have great sense of humour. recommend.
