Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything! Beautiful room - twin with balcony. Excellent soundproofing for when we wanted to shut out noise of square in front but I loved to listen and watch during the day. Beds so comfortable, stunning bathroom with superb shower and all products were Le Labo! Bathrobes so pretty I purchased one to bring home! Location absolutely perfect- near many of our top choice restaurants and 30metres from the 28 tram. Stunning mezzanine area with lots of places to sit and meet and enjoy a coffee or drink. Staff always so helpful, arranged a car hire for us. Always a lovely friendly atmosphere at reception. I became very unwell during my stay, hotel staff were so kind, arranged a doctor for me, checked in on me regularly asking if they could do anything for me. I will definitely return to Lisbon soon and this hotel is where you’ll find me!

United KingdomStaff was excellent except on one occasion when, at the end of the afternoon, i tried to open the door of my room (which I had done twice on the same morning) but my key was not functioning or had been deactivated. When I explained the situation to a lady at the reception, she strangely explained me that it was my fault because I didn’t know how to use the key (obviously I am not very smart) even if I argued twice that I had opened successfully the same door twice, after breakfast on the terrace and after a phone call in your lounge downstairs. Anyhow a small detail anyway
I used to visit lisbon on a regular basis and always enjoyed staying at your hotel. It is the first time I came back to Lisbon since the hotel was refurbished- pleasantly surprised by the higher quality

Loved the location which was the main reason I chose it but the hotel itself was really clean, staff was very attentive and bonus was breakfast which was hands down the best I’ve had
