The elevator is too small for 9 floors, especially when the cleaning staff is using it during check-out time in the morning. Carpet in the room dirty and sticky.

It was noisy and needs an update. I could hear people slam their doors right next to mine, planes flying right over the building. It needs some sounds proofing. I would also advise an update on the normal facilities. Shower ran hot and cold and the bathroom is outdated ( super clean though!)

Staff was effective and all about non-fuss which I personally appreciate. Hotel is amazingly located for those that don't want to be in the busy touristy part but still close to transports, restaurants, shops and etc

The lift was really slow and weird, but there wasn't anything that was actually horrible.

It was fine for spending one night in transit. If you have a reason to be in the specific area it would be good value for money. There are some decent restaurants within walking distance. I don't usually eat breakfast and they kindly allowed me to have one coffee without paying for the whole buffet.

We had two difficulties with this accommodation. The first was the mould smell, which we believe was caused by the fact that it was an old hotel, which is easy to have in an old building. The second issue was noise. When the neighbour flushed the toilet, you could hear it, and the airport is close, so if you have trouble sleeping with these two noises, it will be a problem.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, with a lot of companies around, and a good connection with public transportation (Buses, Underground and Train). We have good restaurants around and some supermarkets as well. The room was nice, a big size on the last floor!

Located in the heart of the city. Easy access to restaurants, cafes and other places around Lisbon. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I think it’s a bit expensive for an old building and interiors.

It is a little bit noisy because planes pass close when they land in Lisbon airport. But unless they have triple glazed windows that will be a problem in all the hotels in the area. It is relatively close to the airport (30 mins by public transport)

As usual, pillows were really bad, small size and low quality. During the night it would become compacted and not comfortable at all. Other than that all else was good.

The hotel is well located at Campo Pequeno. Close to bus stops and Campo Pequeno Metro. Close by there are several restaurants and a few bars too. The hotel main entrance would benefit from a re-vamp, as well a the breakfast room, decor is dated. The room was of a good size, bed was conformable and room clean and tidy daily, plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was of good standard and plentiful for a 3 starts. Staff was helpful and friendly

In the courtyard rooms - supposed to be queiter- you can hear with open windows all day and night the noise of the large central aircon fans. - The weather was perfect to sleep with open windows and not to use the room aircon. :)

Good location, close to the airport - 20 minutes by bus - metro and train stations - 7 minutes walk.

The bathroom was too small. The extractor fan in the bathroom was non-functional. The Reception stated that the bathrooms were to be updated.

The lounge area was relaxing. The public areas very clean. The Reception was very efficient. The beds were comfortable. The room cleaning was good. The room Safe was free of charge.

Very limited facilities in the room, no coffee or tea. The walls were extremely thin. I had to ring reception to complain about the noise coming from the next room at night.

The staff's English was not always great. Their explanation of where to go was not alwasy clear and when you have no idea it was a struggle.

The room was clean. The bathroom spotless. The bed was very comfortable. It was located near the metro and bus station. The staff were always friendly.
