You could hear a lot from the rooms next door, but after I addressed the noise level late at night with the host, everything was fine!

The shower is too close to the bed. If you are sensible to noises, maybe it is not the best option as the walls are thin.

The location is perfect to discover the city. Room compact but well equipped The check in was easy and the communication smooth with the information about how to get the keys. Host responsive. The bed was big and comfortable. Good value for money.

The building is old and there isn’t an elevator, so I don’t recommend to people with walking problems. The room’s lock door is pretty old, so it is uncomfortable open and close the door.

The apartment is located in Baixa between the metro station of Rossio and Praca do Comercio. The room is not big, but there is all the necessary. There was quite silence during the night that it is good to sleep. Good price compared other apartments in the same area. Staff is kind and helpful. Apartment is ok for few nights.

The fact that it was on the fifth floor with no elevator and we had lots of stuff. Also, it was not the room from the photos. I also despite the fact that when I was leaving the place, the owner was available/online on Viber all morning, but refused to answer my calls or messages to tell me where to leave the key.

I liked that the place was close to the center.

The shower in the bedroom and leaking air conditioning left us with towels all over the floor. The man helped us get more towels but hopefully will fix for future guest.

In a great location and near plenty of attractions and restaurants. Lot of natural light and comfortable bed and TV.

- The old style keys are very fiddly - 3 flights of stairs with luggage (no elevator) - Aircon was very weak, almost non functional and definitely needed. - Quite thin walls so noise may be an issue - The shower is moreorless a no go, as it is a seperate self contained unit in the actual bedroom, and the whole layout is very cramped, clearly they have made one apartment into 3 bedrooms and tried to contain everything for an apartment in each one. - If you arrive by car, and cannot get their parking for 10€ it will cost you 25-30€ for an overnight stay in the public parking.

Location is great, staff are great, you get a discount at the restaurant which served great food, and the cost to stay is also very low for Lisbon city center. You get what you pay for.

The floor was very dirty and there was a lot of dust everywere. There was a very strong smell coming from the sewer. The windows in the kitchen and bathroom were broken and we couldn't close them.

The apartment is very well located and is spacious. The staff from the tavern is friendly and helpful and the host is concederate and contacted us to see if we needed anything.

Not really a complaint as a warning, its on the 3rd floor with no lift.

It's a fantastic location in the centre of Lisbon for a very reasonable price. It is small but clean enough and brilliant value for money. The owner is also very nice and helpful.

The location of the shower was a bit odd in the middle of the room

Very central in the Baixa area and close to Alfama district. Seemed like the places with most things to see and do. Room had everything we needed and even a small fridge which was great.

When we first arrived it wasn't that cleaned, there was old gum on the floor. We ask for cleaning of the room and there wasn't a really big difference. I dont know what they cleaned so I just gave up asking. If you take a shower or wash your hands, there's gonna be water all over the place.

Very poor sound isolation. Overall shabby. Very small wash basin, squeaky floor. It’s got full set of appliances such as toaster, microwave and coffee machine but not even a single tea bag left there for the guest.
