The coffee maker in my room didn’t work. They replaced it, but I believe the delonghi brand was faulty because the second one malfunctioned also.

The location was excellent and the staff extremely helpful. The hotel decor was amazing and the facility was extremely clean.

The hotel is difficult to find, we ended up going into the wrong one but they gave us good directions. The toiletries in the room weren't very good...no shampoo or conditioner and the body wash provided wasn't really good quality. It's a small thing to complain about but I'd have given them an extra star rating if they had provided more and better complimentary toiletries.

Excellent location right in the central shopping district, everywhere within walking distance. We were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely big room. Bed very comfortable and the rain shower was amazing! Nespresso coffee maker and kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Fridge perfect addition with a free bottle of water. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer also provided. Staff really friendly and welcoming. We, very much, appreciated the welcome drink. We chose to have breakfast á la carte in their sister hotel a 30 second walk away. It was really delicious and good value for money. They, also, serve great coffee and Happy Hour cocktails!

Some noise outside due to building works, however was alerted to this before I arrived.

Good location- close to restaurants and Santa justa elevator. Staff very friendly and helpful- was upgraded to a suite room which was great. Bistro just a few doors down with a complementary drink for hotel residents.

Central location, right in the heart of the city. A couple of blocks away from the metro and very walkable. We were placed in an accessible room which were not entirely ideal if you dont have the need for this type of room. We almost didnt have a choice but luckily met with an accommodating staff who helped us find another room.

Every was perfect. The fridge needs a look as the glass was a bit broken but easily fixed. Highly recommended this place!

The iMac couldn't operate in mirroring mode from other Apple devices, being deactivated by the admin. Due to the position of the TV on the wall, only the iMac could've been used from the bed.

Nice design and friendly staff. Everything is really clean and they have a lot of attention to every detail.

Nothing really that we didn't like about the hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations regarding hospitality. :) Lisbon is generally a very safe city, however, be careful as there are a lot of random people on the city center streets who want to sell you "stuff"...

The check-in was super easy. We received a special-complimentary upgrade to our room as well as a complimentary Porto wine and a Champaign without even asking the Browns hotel staff, as it was a special occasion for us. We felt really valued and loved their hospitality. The complimentary drink after coming to the hotel was also very refreshing. The rooms were surprisingly quiet and comfortable even though the hotel is in the city center. The location is in the city center so everything is within walking distance like bus-stops, even tourist locations like the Santa Justa Lift, some amazing pastry and sea-food restaurants.

I've stayed in their other location and never had issues with noises, but this one is quite noisy. I could hear every noise in the room above and the elevator next to my room.

The bathroom and room were very clean, linens were comfortable, and everything smelled great. There are always thoughtful details in the room like a radio, water, and wine glasses.
