Room smell, toilet needs repair, shower needs work, lighting, needs deep cleaning. Check-in a miserable experience!

Not making such a hassle if somebody pays for the room from home house the driver gonna know wtf with every body shooting or everyone dropped on ground to make sure there's cheese gorta

I like pretty much every thing except the mngr had some Karen programs because by, god when i locked my keyin room i got a bu ch of crap hecause o boked a smoking whn. Get there no smoking wSready but smoking roomnot soshehad to side streetoveride so I could get a room.when I locked my srlf out the woan aftwr her almost yake let me get my stuff. Uuu

The 2nd room that my daughter and her husband had at check-in, had stained king sheets on the bed. We were on way to a family reunion gathering Saturday night, so we determined to get her fresh sheets when we returned. When we returned, she was given queen size sheet.

The facility was understaffed so the room was not clean. I had to go to the front desk to ask for new sheets and towels. I made the bed myself.

I did NOT LIKE NOR APPROVE of The cleaning lady (the 1 that has been there for over 5years) coming into my room. Even tho YES I had left during the night but I planned on returning to get my belongings but

Handrail on outdoor set of stairs was very loose. Used bar of soap was on the edge of the bathtub when I went in to shower.

Bed was very comfortable A/C worked well. Linens were all clean.

My non-smoking room had a smell of cigarette smoke. Used soap was on the ledge of the tub enclosure when I began to shower.

Run down, but for the price it’s what you get. Front desk was extremely nice. Door knob fell off the. At broom door in our sons room, had to kick in door. Bathroom was very run down.

Originally told I didn't have a room. Then after some questions they did offer another room-- didn't know why that wasn't the first option instead of telling me I would have to find another HOTEL!

Our room was supposed to be a Deluxe King room:however, it was a room with double beds but neither were king. It had no shower curtain, no trash can, microwave turntable and ice machine were both broken. Their staff was having difficulty due to their system freezing up and running extremely slow and one customer actually left, saying he had already been in the office for an hour trying to check in which he had booked online:therefore, we did not try to switch rooms once we knew they had given us the wrong room because of the system.

Our first impression when we pulled up in front of the hotel was that it was very dark and somewhat seedy looking. We weren't told anything about a continental breakfast. We didn't find out until we had already checked out.
