Absolutely nothing to fault.

Absolutely fantastic stay which well exceeded our expectations. The hotel is essentially brand new and it is incredible how they've sympathetically renovated such a beautiful old building whilst keeping so much character and charm. All the technology in the room is incredibly modern and user-friendly, the place was spotless and the service was above and beyond. Special thanks to Diogo at the front door who somehow managed to remember my name and welcome us back to the hotel every time he saw us, and also to Helena at breakfast who always had a smile on her face and seemed genuinely happy to be there. No hesitation recommending this place and coming back.

The staff was incredible friendly and helpfull. Breakfast exceeded all our expectations ... The rooms were big, cleaned, nice view and the location was in the city centre, perfect starting place to discover the city.

This is a centrally located hotel for which service is at the heart of everything they do. From the moment you enter the hotel, to the moment that your taxi picks you up for your next destination, your needs are paramount. No matter how long or how complicated. This hotel should not be overlooked.

It is difficult to get to with a car, luckily the staff meets you and drives with you to the parking garage, then walks you back to the hotel- incredible service.

Breakfast was an amazing buffet of fresh pastries including pastel da Nata, fresh fruit salad and fresh fruit sliced, meats, sausages, smoked salmon, eggs served a couple different ways, brioche, jams, smoothies- all fresh and great quality.

The room and hotel were beautiful, the staff were lovely, the basement swimming pool and sauna/steam room were very relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious and had a huge selection. This hotel is great value for money, and is in a perfect location to explore Porto.

There is not a single complaint I can imagine.

This elegant hotel more than exceeded our expectation. The rooms were phenomenal! We actually had a garden in our room with a lounge living room! The pool and spa were lovely. The staff could not be more helpful and were so proud of their facility. Breakfast was a feast everyday. Probably the BEST hotel experience I have had in any country. And the Rue de Flores was filled with restaurants, charming shops, and music!

Members of the staff were very accommodating and very professional. Breakfast was gorgeous. Too bad that we could not take our second breakfast as we had an early flight to catch. We opted for a boxed breakfast instead, which was lame compared to taking breakfast in the hotel. Location was excellent. Good facilities.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

I would definitely recommend this exceptional hotel for your stay in Porto. The location on Rua da Flores is perfect for walking to many nearby restaurants, shops, and sites (keeping in mind that Porto has a lot of hills). We stayed for 5 nights and had two rooms, one deluxe double and one jr suite. Both were wonderfully spacious rooms, beautifully updated. The facilities overall were outstanding. They have an indoor pool and spa amenities, including sauna and steam rooms. We also had a massage one afternoon which was great. Our rate included breakfast which I assumed would be kind of the standard fare for what you get when it's included... Not So! Their breakfast was really amazing with items like freshly made croissants and pastries and a large array of hot and cold offerings. We planned our morning activities around it! We also had dinner there one evening which was very good. Again, a beautiful stay.

The hotel is a conversion of a very old building, and very nicely done. It was just a little bit of a meander to our room, but hardly a detriment to our stay. The hills of Porto were the real challenge as we walked about the city.

We had little idea what we would find. On cab ride, the taxi driver said the street was a great location, and that was right. As we stepped inside, we were greeted warmly, bags taken care of, and we were escorted to reception. We were seated in comfort, provided each a small glass of port, which was delightful, and did the check-in formalities. Throughout the stay, the staff was exemplary. The restaurant served a wonder dinner. And the breakfast offering was unsurpassed on the trip, perhaps the best in our experience ever. Great view of the city and the cathedral from our window.
