There were no bins in our rooms only the bathrooms. Not the biggest inconvenience but would have been nice all the same. Wasn’t much nightlife in hotel. Would have been nice to have a clothes dryer that we could have put out on the balcony. We left our towels to dry on the rail of the balcony but were afraid they would fall down. Pool was a little cold because it doesn’t get much sun

Our two bedroom was much bigger than we expected with air on in each room. We also had a massive balcony which was accessible from both the master bedroom and the living area. Kitchen was fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, hob and dishwasher. Both rooms had spacious wardrobes. There were two bathrooms. Pool area was small enough and only about 20 sun loungers, however there usually was some free when we went down. There was space for a few more loungers. Breakfast was much better than we expected. Granola and yogurt with fruit, pastries, bread, cheese and you could order eggs and bacon and sausages freshly made. Cascais centre about a 30min walk by the sea which we did most evenings and had dinner there. Usually got a taxi home for about €5 for four people

Amazing and very good sized rooms for four of us. Stsff very friendly and good location for exploring around. The beach was about 10 minute walk.

The room was quite and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was in a nice residential neighborhood, it was easy to find parking in the street.

Nice hotel with swimming pool. Rooms are rather basic bit spacious and with kitchen. There in not enough sun beds by the pool on sunny days. very good localization and free parking on the street. Breakfast is ok.

Terrible pillows. The room was so noisy. Any little sound from upstairs or outside was coming through. I wore earplugs and I'm not a light sleeper but I couldn't sleep with the noise. The room was clean but the furniture and fittings were old and tired.

Staff were lovely, all of them. The pool was the cleanest outdoor pool I've ever been in. Good range of channels on the tv and a kitchen that you could cook a proper meal in.

Even though the hotel was empty, I had to change several rooms to get a little more silent one. I asked for a room on a higher floor, but stayed on the 1st floor and woke up at 6am at the sound of the service car under the window. The beds are not very comfortable

The rooms are very dated (although big). Bathroom in particular was old and grubby. Air conditioning was also old and pretty rubbish.

Nice pool area and lovely breakfast. Location was okay-a handful of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

unfortunately for us the first 3 nights of 4 we had to call reception to complain about the noise. a large family with young children had both rooms either side of us and were very noisy playing loud ‘Bollywood’ type music and kids running up and down the corridor until 2am. if they hadn’t of been there our stay would have been perfect. we will return (as our daughter lives nearby) so we will hope next time will be better 🤞

urgent renovations needed, very dated building. All the equipment was old and with no quality. the breakfast was very poor. as i was leaving early i ask for a simple breakfast (just coffee and some bread) 30 minutes before the scheduled time to start. they refused...Sad...

there's nothing welcoming inside the apartments. It should have at least water, tea and coffee, and a sort of leaflet with useful numbers, rules and suggestions. there's nothing to wash the dishes with. the apartment felt "cold" and impersonal. not a 4 star hotel at all.

the staff was very helpful and friendly . also liked the outdoor space and location as well as the easy free parking in the street next to the hotel.

no plug socket next to bed. there was a daily cleaning service but should be provided with at least a dust pan and brush for in between cleaning. also the oven has no trays and when we asked reception they were hesitant to provide. In addition we asked to use some salt/ ketchup but staff said they couldn’t give any and that all they give are the facilities and we are to buy anything else needed. If you are only there for a few nights it seems silly purchasing all kitchen utensils which are the basics ie spatula. There were also no extra bin liners so we had to use carrier bags.

excellent location close to amenities. spacious rooms, split level with 2 bathrooms. lovely view of pool and surrounding area. good breakfast, basic but tasty. lovely quiet clean pool area.

It was a pity the indoor swimming pool and the spa were closed/out of order.

It is in a great location, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
