The pool was a bit colder than I would have liked for this time of the year, but it was still nice and refreshing. It would have been nice if the spa had a hot tub as well.

We stayed here on the recommendation of family members who visited the hotel previously. We had a great stay and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the amenities were nice as well. We stayed only one night as I wanted to do something special for my birthday, and I was surprised at breakfast with a little cake to sing happy birthday! Breakfast was superb as well. We will definitely be back!

The staff were the best! So freindly and helpful. A special thank you to Lucas who welcomed us on arrival and provided all the information we needed for our 4 days in Porto; where to go, where to eat, things to see. He also helped us book a tour and lunch at the Grahams winery when it was fully booked on line. Thank you Lucas!

I used the spa for only 1 day—was getting renovated, so we couldn't use the pool, gym, sauna, steam room, or get a massage for 3 days. It would have been nice to have some kind of compensation instead of an apology.

The hair dryer (I kid you not)! If you wish to know more about this please contact me. I would suggest that the reception or housekeeping has a few proper dryers like Dyson, Hersheson or GHD for people like me who have very difficult hair to dry. Having said this it was the only complaint I had over 3 nights so just a gripe really.

It has a very well trained staff who are exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. The hotel is, I am led to believe, only open three months and everything is still in pristine condition. The decor is tasteful and very ambient. The restaurant serves excellent food ( we decided to eat there all 3 nights of our stay - praise indeed ). The bedroom is a relaxing oasis and the bathroom toiletries of the highest quality. Robes and slippers also provided were of an excellent quality. Breakfast had choices to suit most tastes.

Stunning hotel, immaculately clean, exceptional service ( thank you David, Hugo and everyone else who looked after us) delicious food, superb breakfast, great location….. what more can we say!! This place is amazing, best kept secret in Porto. But it’s not going to remain a secret for long so book now while it’s still extremely good value for money.

When it comes to Portuguese breakfast, in all of the hotels I've visited, this one included, it's hard to get some protein outside cheese, ham, and eggs. So after a week in Portugal, these get super boring for people looking for healthy alternatives.

It would've been nice to be able to access the spa later in the evening. As we were exploring Porto in the afternoon, we didn't get back to the hotel until a bit later in the evening, at which point the spa was sadly closed for the day.

The hotel is very nicely designed. Lots of little thoughtful touches can be seen as you walk around the hotel and its. facilities. It feels luxurious without feeling gaudy. The staff of course were very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast bar is probably one of the best we've seen at a hotel. Great choice of meats, pastries, fruits etc.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and its spa area is impeccably clean. The rooms have been freshly renovated with meticulous attention to small details, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The heated pool was a delightful bonus after long walks, providing much-needed relaxation. Additionally, the breakfast was exceptional in both variety and quality. The hotel is in a great location. There is ample street parking outside. Everything from the staff to the interior went above and beyond—an outstanding example of a boutique hotel. I usually book into chain hotels where possible; however, I took a risk on this one, which paid off, so I encourage booking.

We would say it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, till to the moment we realized we had to wait a around 10-15 minutes to have breakfast, sitting in a comfortable in a sofa watching the other guests eating (the second time standing) till a table was free, cleaned and prepared. Then we noticed that 2 round tables for 4 people were unoccupied. After our complaints were told that they were waiting for a family that appeared and disappeared. Just to say that till we left the room, 45 minutes later, the newcomers had to wait, while 2 round tables for 4 were free. Finally, the responsible person suggested waking up earlier to avoid the rush hour.🤣 We followed the advice on the last day to catch our flight. Additionally, the spa area was amazing, but the turkish bath was out of order the first 3 days of our stay and the sauna the last day. Although we were told it was because of the open door....But 45 degrees we have in Athens during the summer! And last but not least, there was no satellite TV . The excuse was: "because we are new". So, let's wait then to get older, but not so much.

It's a very nice hotel, the stuff very kind made us feel like real guests. In the breakfast was offered an amazing variety of fruits, but nothing special generally speaking.

I came from the United States and was traveling Barcelona and Porto. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The stay was great and the restaurant was even more great. We went during Christmas Eve and Christmas. The restaurant was open. It seems many places were open in Porto which was great. The food was excellent. The service was absolutely phenomenal. It was a very relaxed environment and felt super nice. I would def recommend to stay again. They did a great job of even mailing some items we needed sent. They were very reliable. There is a laundromat service down the block as well if you want to do your laundry. Everything was walking distance and sometimes we just took Uber out of convenience . Uber is relatively cheap in Portugal so it was great! We did the spa as well (shout out to Rita) she did a great job! I got a massage done. The sauna is very nice. I used the gym most days. Highly recommend.

The entire hotel was very new, modern, and very clean. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to with some of the nicest furniture, technology, bathroom amenities of all the hotels I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many 5 star hotels. For the price it was by far the best value I’ve ever had for all they provide. staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was amazing as well.
