One day there was a false alarm at 5AM, which caused a lot of stress and anxiety, we’ve left the room half-naked and the alarm stopped, while we were in the corridor to the reception. Stuff didn’t even comment on it until we asked and nobody ever apologized for the inconvenience.

Hardly worth mentioning. A few hairs within showers and the bathroom that weren't ours.

There are cheaper hotels. There are spotless rooms elsewhere, I'm sure. However, The Assistant Manager -Nelson is second to none. Where there were failings or little issues per se, he made it more than bearable. His professionalism, service, care and duty were 20/10. I'll go back and recommend the Hotel to others, as long as I know he's still working there.

The location is far away from the centre but this was reflected in a lower price.

Good value for money. Nice and clean rooms and daily cleaning service. Free parking in front of the hotel and across the road.

The location. It's good if you have a car but without a car, I would not choose this location. Although, there were bus stops near the hotel.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was worth the money. It is possible to order food and take it to the room.

Only negative is the location as there is nothing to walk to, perfect for the airport

Booked for a night before our early flight from Lisbon, hotel is a 10 min drive from the airport although there is nothing in walking distance to the hotel. Hotel has a bar and restaurant which were reasonably priced and nice food. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

Super tiny bathroom, just like in the airplane. Also we only got 3 towels for 2 people, which of course wasn’t enough. The location is not the best, just next to the highway, but you can get a taxi to Lisbon, which is about 15 min drive.

The rooms are a bit depressing, very bare and minimalist.

Breakfast is really good, lots of options. I LOVE that I can bring my dog, the reason I chose the hotel, Very convenient for the University Vet Hospital. Really friendly staff. Brilliant that there is parking, some is free if you can find a space outside.

Don’t get me wrong, this is basic BUT soo functional, simple with lots of love. It’s rated 2 star but it’s closer to 4 star (I’ve been to WORSE 4star hotels)

Does the job. It's a 2 star hotel so don't expect many amenities or facilities. Very good to spend the night and have a nice breakfast in the morning at reasonable price. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and cozy. The breakfast is varied and fresh.

Breakfast could have been better. Scrambled eggs one morning, were a hard congealed mess. Odd colour too. Maybe offer a bit more of a variety for the price. Otherwise, it is doable with whatever is on offer.

Simple breakfast. We are not big eaters, so it was fine, but maybe have a bit more on offer. Reception staff were friendly. Some staff from house keeping were attached to their phones. We wished them without a reply from them. However, the lady who took care of our room all the days we were there was lovely.

The parking lot entrance was super confusing with a lot of cars blocking the street.

The room was super clean. All the staff was friendly. The room temperature and Air Conditioner were great!

In general, the hotel was nice. The location is a bit outside of the city. It is hard to get to it, without a car. additionally, the traffic is usually very busy during rush hour, to get to the hotel. However, for people wanting a nice budget, and do not mind the drive, the hotel is perfect.

the staff were very friendly and they are very helpful. Breakfast was included and was nice. The beds are comfortable (like the usual case in Ibis).

The bathroom was strange as it was a cubicle placed inside the bedroom with a 3 inch lip/threshold to step over to go inside which was a major tripping hazard.

We stayed here one night to be closer to the airport for our departure in the morning. It was about a 15 minute drive to the airport. It was a no frills hotel which I expected but the staff were friendly and it served our needs for one night.
