Stairs leading up to the hotel property required that you pay attention to where you were walking. This is typical of Portugal's pedestrian streets that are stairways.

The receptionist was very friendly and there were no problems checking in to the hotel. When I returned later that night, I wasn't sure how to get in since the entrance to the lobby was different after hours. But it all worked out.

Unfortunately, it was so noisy at night time. The windows really don't block the noise from the street.

Basic brekfast but plenty of good coffee from good qulity coffeee machine. Entrance of the hotel is to the side in a pedsetrian zone which can be a little tricky for drop off by taxi

Central location near bars cafes beach marina and museums... Clean tidy comfortable rooms with helpful friendly team. Over looking cafes and bars but not too noisey.

There was loud music from local bars until 1-2am..which is unfortunate as the hotel is great..staff friendly and helpful!

Lovely place, great location in the old part of Cascais. The rooms facing the streets are quite, because of good solid windows there is hardly any noise. Not even on St.Patriks day with an Irish bar just down the street ;) Very friendly staff. Best place to rent a bicycle is just around the corner (walk up the stairs)

Some of the staff members were very unprofessional. I asked for a GF breakfast and the women served me GF bread together with normal bread without letting me know! I asked her if the basket was GF and she repeated "Yes Gluten Free"! Fortunately I am only sensitive and not intolerant but it could have been very dangerous. I ate some of it only to realize that a person next to me has the same bread. Also - after checking out I had a couple of hours before my flight and the receptionist didn't let me use the bathroom at the restaurant - I had to go to Burger King. I think that is basic for a hotel. She was also very bitter. The other few staff members were ok - I want to mention that as well and not to generalize.

The room itself was great - the bed and the shower were amazing, no light came in in the morning.

The bathroom was big and could hold a bigger shower cabin. And it was extremely loud - the bars in that street play music till 4 am on Sunday.

The bed was good and the room clean and nice. The style and colours were pleasant and calming. A lot of sockets.

There could have been a few more plugs in the room. I found a plug in the bathroom and there was one that was one the other side of the room behind a chair, it would have been nice to have one near the bed to charge the phone overnight

I thought that breakfast was a bit lacking, it was in a restaurant downstairs and I was served a tray of a few different items, some bread, that I toasted, some ham, some cheese, and a yoghurt, there was not much choice or option. I am not usually a big breakfast person, so it wasn't a deal breaker, I would not not call it a superb breakfast though...

The room is really comfy and well equiped. There is a nice view from the room. The location is good even if the are is quite noisy at night (more than I expected) but I have to highlight that the hotel has good noise isolation.

The location albeit being great was also the only thing I did not like since the party in front of the hotel lasted until 3-4am and it was impossible to sleep. The hotel stuff did provide the ear plugs which was super sensible and it is not anyone's fault, but the city centre was much more lively than I expected it to be.

The location was excellent since it was right in the city centre and super close to the bay. I travelled for the marathon and it was like two minutes away.

Not the fault of the hotel, there is a bar next door that stays open until 2am. Use ear plugs. It didn't spoil my stay.

Breakfast was very mere. Bad coffee, not worth having. The area is super noisy until the early hours of the morning. The hotel provides ear plugs but as I don't tolerate them it was no use.

Close to the station, the beaches and everything. They recommend a bike rental nearby which is much cheaper than its competitor in the same neighborhood.

Fantastic location - bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Room comfortable with everything needed. Enjoyed having a terrace although due to rain didn't get to use it. Great value for money.
