The air condition went on and off and made a bit of noise while doing that. I did not like the huge pillows. Would have been nice to have one flat one. Next time I would book a bit larger room.

We like the traditional building of old Lisbon combined with very nicely renovated rooms. Charming hotel! Our room was very clean and modern. What was really standing out though was the charming courtyard and not to forget the most friendly staff at night. What a nice person, very welcoming with great tips which we tried. Thanks again!

Very accommodating, there was a misunderstanding in the room I booked but they were able to move us to a room with twin beds. Hotel very clean and staff friendly, would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are very small and tight. Everything else is great.

Rooms are very clean. Awesome breakfast! Location is great, just a few minutes of walking to biggest sights. Metro station Anjos is 30m from hotel.

Our room was tiny, barely having space for two backpacks, sliding door to the bathroom, no fridge.

Location is good for our search criteria. We left the luggage for a few hours after check out. Polite personnel.

I have no problem with this but to inform others the hotel is across the road from a homeless camp/tent site.

Reception and other staff could not be more helpful or pleasant .Spotless room/shower/bath/toilet.15 minutes walk to centre. Plenty of nearby restaurants/supermarkets/cafes etc.

My room was on the street level so it was a little noisy due to traffic.

I got a very nice single room that had everythind I needed. Very close to the metro. The staff was very helpful. It took me 25 minutes to walk to the cathedral and some viewpoints.

The hotel is on a busy road and my room was quite noisy. The location, although close to Lisbon Centre, didn’t feel that safe at night. Better to Uber than walk.

Staff were excellent. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Note that although there is a kettle and mugs, there was no coffee or tea bags.

Clean room, good location in the city center and close to metro, good breakfast. Breakfast area is quite small and cramped, but the staff does a great job cleaning the tables and refilling the food, so even during busy times there always was a free table and enough food.

Because you the rooms are a bit below ground level, you can hear the trains rumbling underneath in the morning and at night. It might affect light sleepers.

Convenient location between two metro stops on the green line and there are restaurants all around. Check-in was easy. Clean room with a little terrace and strong wifi. The toilet has a bidet!
