Going to bathroom in the middle of night, because the bed is on the top level and the bathroom on the lowest one. But it really wasn’t a problem. Actually it was quite convenient, because the location is very central and we passed several times through this area and we could go quickly to use the bathroom in our own place.

Very interesting layout on 3 levels, which we liked very much! Felt very cozy.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well decorated with modern finish. Claudia, the host was very attentive, approachable and friendly. The location was also superb with everything very walkable, great choice of restaurants, green spots and attractions practically on my doorstep. Would happily come back!

The loft was very comfortable and located within walking distance too many great restaurants and the heart of Funchal. The parking was very good. We loved the roof top patio. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Parking space is a parkade that is closed until 8am so just keep that in mind in case you need access early in the morning. Also would keep in mind that it is a small space but was perfect for myself and my husband.

Great, cozy loft in Funchal! It was very easy to check in and was very central to shops, restaurants and attractions. Very clean and had everything needed for our stay.

It's on three levels (bathroom on ground floor, kitchen on 1st floor and bedroom on 2nd) so if you are not good with stairs be prepared.

Ideal central position in Funchal. Easy to reach in walking distance all main activities and point of interests. Has a garage that is very helpful if you have a car as there are very little parking spots free nearby. All main features present: bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom.

It's quite tight the space since the apartment is over 3 floors and each one has a small surface. Not very comfortable to go down 2 floors from the bedroom to the bathroom. Just something to take into account :) However, the owners did a very good job organizing everything considering the layout of the apartment.

Good communication with the owner even if we used the self check-in. Very good location, right in the center. The apartment is organized well and there is a small cute balcony. Parking available nearby, even if it's few buildings away.

The flat is in an outstanding location in central Funchal, in a relatively quiet street but close to lots of restaurants, bars, ice cream etc as well as the marina. The hosts were friendly, they made an error with our check-in but they fixed it satisfactorily for us and the rest of our stay was great.

Everything! Spacious flat, modern, very well equipped and spotless clean. Very central in Funchal, near everything you need and also with garage (which is extremely useful). The easiest check-in and check-out. The host was super friendly, hospitable and approachable. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was great! The only possible downside is that it can be challenging for people with mobility problems. If you have mobility limitations consider to ask the hosts before booking, the studio in which we stayed had many stairs, but I think they might have other options (the distribution was very nice, though).

The place was very well equipped and clean. Comfortable bed and very cosy terrace, excellent for two people. It is a small studio well distributed. It has a parking lot in the building, however, you need to communicate in advance with the host that you need it. Some days we didn't manage to park inside but there are parking spots on the the street in front of the place which are free after 20:00 h. The hosts were very kind and made our arrival very easy. The location is great, in the core of the old town so we can visit many things in the centre of Funchal by walking. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Short bed, not for average or tall people. It is a quite noisy place, can hear noises from the street and people coming and going next door. kitchen/dinning room window is overlooked with another property.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Theocation was excellent near many restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town area. The owners were super friendly and always available. The car-parking made it very convenient for people like us who wished to tour the island and go hiking. There was a lot of tourist information literature available in the apartment

There isn’t any air conditioning so it may get a bit hot in the summer. We visited at the beginning of June and found it a little warm at night, but not unbearable. The bedroom windows open onto the street below and faces other apartments, so we did not want to open the windows too wide. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, a few pods would have been a nice touch.

The location was fantastic, with all the places of interest just a few minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean, spacious and appeared newly redecorated. The host, Claudia, was friendly and very helpful, giving us good recommendations on restaurants and things to do. She was super accommodating. She works in the shop under the apartment so it was very convenient being able to pop in and have a chat. I would definitely stay here again, lovely apartment in a great location, good value for money!
