Breakfast very good. Parking available in covered parking garage very near hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room good size, quiet, comfortable and clean. Location really good. Stayed here on last visit to Nazare and will stay here if visit again.

We were happy with everything.

Our first impression of the Hotel was 'Mariana' who gave us a very warm welcome. She showed us to our room & then assisted my husband in parking the car, she really could not do enough for us. Thank you Mariana. The room was great, with the most amazing view. Breakfast was great, as were the staff at breakfast. Location of the hotel was ideal for us too.

Very clean, safe, convenient. Parking garage was nice and not far. Drop off your luggage first. take the stairs up to the platform where they watch the surfers when it’s high surf. It looks worse than it is. It’s a very simple nice workout and there’s all types of vendors at the top where you can buy goodies and sweatshirts and things like that very nice.

Free parking is provided about two blocks away. Getting in and out of the garage in a car bigger than a Mini is doable but challenging. The breakfast is expansive, including everything one might want even for gluten -free visitors.

The parking was a little far from the hotel. We found a bug in the room, but it can happen and they were so lovely that it passed the unpleasant feeling in a moment.

Let's start with the team which was lovely! They helped us in every little detail and were very nice. The room was huge and comfortable, tidy and we didn't lack anything. The breakfast was excellent. There was free parking for the car. The hotel is close to the beach and the center and you can walk.

Beautiful light, modern and very clean hotel. Quiet at night. Great location 10 min walk to bus garage and sea front. Receptionist very friendly and helpful with tourist advice and restaurant recommendations. Will return next time in Nazare.

The coffee at breakfast had an unpleasant burnt flavor (it was from a vending machine type dispenser, so perhaps it needed servicing?). There was a sign in the kitchen area of our room that said "use of the kitchen" cost extra but it wasn't clear what was considered the kitchen versus the included "minibar", so we just chose not to touch anything (we've never seen a sign like that in any property we've stayed).

The customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Good Wifi, decent AC (if a little slow to get going), and a nice size bedroom/bathroom. We greatly appreciated the free parking for our rental car; even though it was a few blocks away, we didn't need our car during the stay, so it was nice not to have to worry about. The location was great - only two blocks to the main square, beach, and funicular for the upper portion of Nazare. We appreciated that the free breakfast had a decent variety of items (though see the caveat below).

Only a single bottle of shower gel on the wall of the shower stall. Don’t know if it is body wash, shampoo, face wash or one fits all?

The hotel recommended 2 places for lunch. The one we chose, was OK not great and we should have gone to the other one.

The room was comfortable and bright. Common areas were attractive. Breakfast was awesome...the best breakfast we had during 9 weeks in Portugal. Extensive and delicious. Location is good...a short walk away from the beach and funicular to the top of the cliffs. Staff were helpful. We loved going up to the top of the cliff. It's lovely up there...the church is beautiful ...definitely pay the extra euro to see the sacristy.

Wow! Wonderful, engaged staff, clean & spacious rooms with a great location. Throw in free parking (important in Nazare), a lovely free breakfast and a stylish yet comfortable environment. Just perfect.
