There’s a terrible smell upon entering, the room wasn’t ventilated enough and there’s leaking in the bidi. The shower is not closed enough and the water are everywhere when you take shower

Only one of the hotel personnel spoke English properly. Technical condition of the room and the bathroom was not acceptable. Shower curtain and shower tray was not clean. No acceptable furniture (no chairs, only one too small table).

The location was not great and no tea coffee facility available In room after a late arrival no Where was open to have drink when arrived so would have been nice toga e the option in the room

Location was not great it was quite far from the centre was not comfy to sleep and no coffee tea making facilities in the room but it was expected with the costs of the hotel.

The room or the AC had a smell which was really sad. The breakfast 3 pieces of bred w ham n cheese. Nothing else. The bathroom shower was broken and dirty.

We got rooms in the new part of the hotel. Everything is new, although rooms are a little bit minimalistic. Bathroom is great.

The worse Hotel, after first couple of hours I need to move to other one, the room is very simple only with beds that jing around, I made a movie of that... also the cleaning was something that pass at side off this place, for a non smoke room, the smoke and the weed smell was very very intense. Even texting the hotel in advance asking for Gluten free breakfast, the answer is something of the other world. In the end I payed for an hotel that I could stay and no refound, a complete trap.

They have coffe.... and it easy to find from far better places around with same price.

If you're looking for luxury and being in the city centre, this isn't for you.

Friendly helpful staff who booked us a taxi for the airport despite my really bad Portuguese. There was a small bar and drinks were really cheap. Good location a 20 euro taxi journey to the airport. If you want to go to the beach get the 205 from the end of the road, same side, from the opposite side the 205 takes you to the coach station where you can get the coach to Spain. We went to Vigo, but you can go to Santiago too. All bus journey are 2.50. It's very basic but perfect for a quick stay like ours was.

Very basic, perfect for a short stop over if you're travelling or doing the Camino, if you're looking for luxury or being in the centre of Porto nightlife it's probably better to get something closer to the centre.

Really friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late and on a national holiday where everything was closed so the staff gave us free sandwiches. About 20 minutes from the centre of Porto by bus, lots available at the end of the road a short walk away. A really quiet location too.

The balcony was great but it didn't have any table or chairs so we were eating our food on the balcony floor out there. The walls were quite thin so we could hear our rowdy neighbours all night and morning.

Our room had a great balcony which felt really nice as the room was a bit small so it was good to have extra space on the balcony.

it could be better with small improvements the lock was very bad, took 15 times trying to open the door each time. the key and key rings make too much noise. you should change for a coded door lock or card system. isolation is not that great so you can hear people talking from the room next door but beside that it was good overall

the location was good, staff was very nice, both the girl that checked me in and the Spanish guy who works at night were great. room was clean and the price was good
