I bring way to many items when I travel. The facility had no elevators. I certainly didn't have any issues climbing the two flights of stairs. The bed could have been more comfortable.

Location was ideal to walk in town. Two blocks from Short Sand Beach, one mile from Long Sand Beach. Very friendly staff ! Had a great balcony as well !

A few cosmetic items in our room needed some attending to, but nothing that took away from our stay. The owners are still making it their own!

The location is primo! And the owners are absolutely wonderful! So friendly, personable and inviting. The patio and fire pit area are well stocked. Our room was big and comfy.

Clean and comfortable Inn. The location was within walking distance to all! Owners we present, kind and very helpful. Rooms were well appointed and clean! The property had a fire pit w chairs and a barbecue for all!

Facility is old and run down. Room smelled of decades of smoking. Carpets in halls were dirty. Fridge was very loud. Peeling paint, water damage stains on ceiling.

Very pleasant host. Very nice Location. Coffee and filtered water provided. Parking in lot allowed after checkout, enabled us to spend extra hours at the beach. Compared to some places in the area, even though it was $300+ per night, it was relatively low cost.

The no smoking/vaping policy was a bit strict. It was storming during our stay and my husband had to go out behind building to smoke in the corner of the lot. He wasnt happy about that especially since we had a private balcony. We ran into some other guests who had similar complaints about it. Also weren’t allowed to vape which would have been a good alternative to smoking on the balcony at least. Only downfall.

Room smelled nice, clean. Didn’t meet the owners but they were very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier.

I was on the third floor which had many steps. Good exercise for those with no leg/hip/health problems. But I was lucky to get the room which was close to family resident.

Kathy was an amazing host. Very information about the area. An overall people person. Room was spacious with nice amenities. Other amenities mentioned but I was busy visiting family in the area.

There wasn’t any problems or issues with anything. We enjoyed our time away from work and had a great vacation together. It was some of the best vacation days we have had in a very long time.

Loved the Inn Keeper! She was super nice and provided us with clean towels and sheets when we needed it. We stayed for 7 days and six nights, it was cozy, felt comfortable to come in and out of the building.

The staff there is super chill. Adorable. We love York and we are very thankful we found this hidden gem! Went to a wedding down the road and there is a walking path! Loved everything about this property.

The only thing we could find that we didn't like was the bathroom. There wasn't a little bottle of soap for washing hands, and the heat from the fan/vent emits a lot of heat. There was soap at the kitchen sink so used that.

The place was very cute and amazing quality. The rooms were clean, had very good wifi, and the view to the ocean was OUTSTANDING!!! The kitchen also had extra utensils to let us grill and cook. I will be coming back 100% in the future for vacations.

The only things we didn't like were the stairs. But the housekeepers, Becky and Cheyne were more than willing to help us with our bags and anything else we needed.

We loved our host and hostess, Dan and Cathy, they were both super friendly and accommodating. There was coffee, tea and cocoa available at the front lobby as well as some light snacks. We enjoyed having a private deck that you could actually move around on rather than a tiny balcony. We loved the proximity to the beach, and were amazed at the quiet from being just a street away. The kitchen was great! Full size fridge and freezer, microwave and cooktop and dishes, silverware and cooking and serving tools available. There was a grill available with all the tools you'd need, and a well lit patio and fire pit available to share. We will be back to this wonderful spot, I'm sure!❤️❤️❤️

A lot of stairs, but the younger members of our family didn't mind.

Had snack available, coffee, tea, and plenty of bottled water for the hot humid weather we were having. Room was spacious, great porch for a couple of chair and a table. Staff were very friendly, a great location, easy parking, and walking distance to everything.
