Apartment ocean view with balcony, comfy beds, housekeeping was great, fridge in the room, service was excellent, direct access to the beach, great location 50 min. from Faro airport by car, food- tasty cakes and desserts, good variety meals and drinks.

We liked the room, the views from the balcony, facilities… the food was delicious, but mostly the same every day. The best thing was that the hotel is next to beautiful beach. We just loved that.

LuxembourgFood is plentiful and available almost 24/7 but after a couple of days, all meals seem to have similar options. Some of the food, particularly the freshly grilled food was lovely but the quality of some of the food could be better. After 4 nights in the main restaurant, the Italian restaurant initially seemed a welcome change but was actually very disappointing in terms of quality. If you don't go to it, don't worry, you're not missing out on anything! It's a pity the one themed restaurant on site is Italian and not Portuguese, offering local cuisine.
Booked this hotel on a special offer, just over 50% off and for that price, thought it was great value. We particularly liked the new infinity pool and surrounding area. The room was also very nice and comfortable, with a sizeable balcony which was nice to sit on in the evenings. The beach was only a short walk away but if you're looking for a relaxing holiday, you really don't need to leave the hotel!

Lovely room with panoramic sea view, helpful staff in the hotel, both pools were of good size and enough loungers to use. It was ALL inclusive with no extra costs for food, drinks and leisure facilities. The ques for drinks weren't that bad as the restaurants had beer pumps that you could use yourself and also for soft drinks and endless supply of bottled waters, however you had to ask staff to be served wine at the table. Impressed overall

CanadaVery minor items, didn't have quite enough towels in the room for 4. The elevator seemed quite dusty and full of fingerprints. First room the AC didn't work but they were very fast to check and moved us to a new room.
Great location with a private path to the beach, with one of the best scenic beaches in the area. Excellent food, coffee machines everywhere, self-serve beer tap was a plus. Self-serve snacks, yogurt, had a station with baby food as well, never saw that before. Facilities were very good, mini golf, tennis and soccer field in great condition. Great for families, the sofabed was quite comfortable with real mattresses. Beautiful balcony with very nice furniture. Not crowded in October, lots of loungers by the pool. Compared to a Carribean all-inclusive it was miles superior.

IrelandIt can get noisy around the main pool more so from the in house entertainment team . Evening buffet can be hit and miss especially if your stay is more than 5 days . It’s a good 25 minute walk to town . Use Uber if you can .

United KingdomNo air conditioning in public rooms. In the dining room there were fans but they didn’t really keep it cool. We ate outside so that was fine. In lounge no air conditioning or fan. Evening entertainment was limited and with no air conditioning it was not accessible.
Room had been modernized and was of a good standard. Bed was very comfortable. There was a sofa and a chair. Air conditioning was good and there was also a fan. When both were used room was very cool. Rooms were cleaned regularly. There was food served from 7.00am till 10.00pm. There was a good variety of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good program of daytime activities for both adults and children. Pool area spacious and lots of sun beds. Pool towels supplied and changed as required.

Very friendly and polite hotelstaffs. Good service 24 hours. Nice view from the 9th floor balcony. Very good all-inclusive foods and drinks. Excellent beaches. Good trekking tracks. Big everyday-cleaning room. 5 courts tennis center next door. 20 euro per hour. Very impressive and kind gesture from the receptionist crews. We checked out 12 o'clock, but had to wait for ours taxi at 13 o'clock. They let we use all the hotels facilities including foods and drinks.

SpainThe bar closed at 11pm and the staff turned the lights out at 10.45. There was no entertainment, I expected a guitarist or a small band. The A la carte restaurant was very disappointing, the "Italian Restaurant" was very poor. I have never known an Italian restaurant that didn't have Lasagne or Cannelloni on its' menu.
