Very steep stairs to entrance. Kitchen and bathroom were tired and needed upgrading. Noise from apartment above. Cleaners knocked on the door twice earlier than they should have again access.

Bathroom shower had a big leak and the shower head wasn't the best. There was no fume extractor for the kitchen so the room became hazy and the fire alarm went off once.

Great location, right next to the Sé church, the castle, and the tram line. Very well equipped kitchenette, of high quality, and basics supplied like salt and oil, plus toiletries. A great place to stay and live.

The poor communication with the owner, I call them so many times in the morning and nobody pick up the phone till 11.30. the door can't be locked from inside.

There was a very strong smell of sewerage in the room from the drains in the bathroom, and the coffee machine could do with a clean, but otherwise really great.

Great modern room with a comfortable bed, shower was really powerful too. The roof terrace was a nice touch with great views of the sea and surrounding area.

The stairs to the apartments are very steep and narrow, so probably isn't best for people with mobility issues. The studio apartment was small but had everything necessary, so it was good to come back to after a day out exploring. Sounds of people walking up the stairwell can be heard easily in the apartments but since we were on the 5th floor they were often not too loud and only for a short period of time.

The apartment was in a great location which was very close to many tourist attractions. The apartment and stairway seemed newly renovated and very modern. Check in and check out was extremely easily and the apartment had lots of facilities such as towel, linens, dish soap, toilet paper and great AC. The communal rooftop balcony view was beautiful and had outdoor chairs and tables to allow you to sit outside to enjoy the view.

Apartment not as advertised - different furniture. Bed was smaller than expected. Not as clean as we’d hoped - dirty plates/ bowls and utensils. Lacked some helpful amenities such kitchen roll.

Very central location - close to good bars, shops and restaurants yet still quiet. Good size for a solo traveller or couple. Secure building.

unfortunately, there were ants. so don’t leave any food out on the counter. the main issue with the apartment was the drain in the shower. Your shower needs to be a like a Singapore shower, ie. get wet fast, then turn water off, lather entire body with soap, then quickly rinse this off. otherwise the shower pan will flood.

the location is amazing. great access to the aflame area especially in June while the celebration for St. Anthony are on. music and food are everywhere.

Great location, modern facilities, easy check in and communication. It's rather pricy, but the location and comfort are worth it. Be aware that the stairs are quite steep and narrow.

The ventilation of the bathroom was by far unsufficient, therefore the accommodation smelled like a poorly ventilated very damp space, including the matress and pillows. The scent was very strong after some days our clothes smelled like it as well. Maybe it can be improved with a dehumidifier (?). The bathroom was moldy and the bathroom doors did not closed quite well (despite the best of our attempts) therefore a considerable amount of water leaked and the floor stayed wet for days.

There are no keys to the apartment, the door is electrically operated and the lock’s batteries died out at one point. Which meant that we were locked outside and stranded on the street. We tried to reach out to the host, who didnt take any of our calls, but just responded on text. It took them a whole 2.5 hours to send someone to help us on. This was right an hour after we reached Lisbon and was really annoying and stressful. Further, there was a really bad smell in the washroom that just wont go away. We also paid a little extra to the host since we ended up having to add another person to our stay, which was booked for two. They charged us extra money, but didnt even bother to add extra towels or pillows or duvet for a third person. Overall a really bad experience and not worth its price. You could get a decent hotel at a nice location for about the same price and avoid a lot of hassle.

The only good thing about this property was its location, right in the centre of all the action.

Not very clean… the shower door is very easy to leak water out. The air conditioner, maybe the towel or the toilet simply has bad small, overall. I feel the towel and bedsheet are not professionally washed. Possibly just blended in wash in normal washer.

It is no easy to understand how to close apartment so the first day we left it open without knowing it. So would be nice to have a bit more of instructions.

Apartment was very clean and had everything needed. There even were some oil, salt and dishwashing soap. You can really feel the atmosphere of old Lisbon with wooden shutters and azulejo and comfort of modern world. Apartment is very close to Praça do Comércio and Lisbon cathedral (there is elevator 1 minutes from the house that takes you directly to cathedral). Close to all public transport and river. Terrace is really nice to watch sun raise. We didn’t experience any problems with noice. There was enough hot water for 3 adults to take shower.

It definitely needs a bit of love and renovation, the facilities are very very basic. We stayed on floor 2 and the constant noise 24/7 from the herd of elephants above was ridiculous, luckily we were always out for late meals & drinks etc but would NOT advise if you would like peace & quiet, it was relentless. We also couldn’t lock our door from the inside either, when we first arrived we accidentally walked into another poor man’s room and then also noticed we couldn’t lock ours from the inside either which was quite unsettling. I whatsapped the owner from the number provided and the message was read and never replied to - quite unprofessional. Also the drainage in the building definitely needs work, half way through a shower the tray would be overflowing with water … after 2 of us had showered the bathroom was sopping wet.

Easy arrival & check in, sent a code and info to check in all contactless which was good. Location was also good, nicely inbetween Alfama & the main city shopping & attractions.

No lift, the stairs don’t have space to pull a luggage. It not easily accessible and not visible from the main route It does have the views of ocean

The narrow and abrupt staircase to the apartment is extremely difficult to access even with the smallest piece of luggage. The sofa bed in the Livingroom practically broken and unusable. The pillows were of poor quality. The shower drainage got blocked after the first use. There weren't any coffee pods provided, not even for the first morning. We have asked, repeatedly for a place to store our luggage before the check-in time of 3:00PM just so we could visit the city but there was no possibility to do it.

The location is good if you want to be in the busy Alfama neighborhood right by the Se of Lisbon.
