Property was a little cold, heaters were provided which was great..we had issues with getting into the property as locks are a bit worn.

Be aware that this is a gritty and sometimes noisy neighborhood.

Comfortable, spacious 1 bdrm in an excellent location. Very walkable neighborhood. Although I did not meet Teresa in person, she was helpful and responsive by phone.

Only at night, noise of a couple of late night drunk loud people in the vicinity, but not in the apartment building. But this may be the case in most tourist locations.

Close to all the tourist spots, at the side of Louis Bridge and behind Porto Cathedral, next to restaurants, safe for families. Very clean.

Nothing, it was great.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of town. The building was in its original state, marvellous to experience. It was easy to park outside the location.

Super cute apartment, great location, the whole building gives a vibe of being local. It was immaculately clean and overall very pleasant. The apartment is located right across from the Porto Cathedral, so just a note that you will see tourists visiting the cathedral who may be gazing at the building and your windows will be facing them. It didn’t bother us at all, it’s was kinda funny and again added a sense of staying among the locals, plus you have curtains and shutters that give you privacy.

The advert states that there are two bathrooms but in reality we had one bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet. On arrival, there was water on the kitchen floor which I notified the owner about. Apparently it was as a result of works from a neighbouring apartment.

The location is great, centralised. The apartment is old and charming. Comfortable beds. We made use of the proposed transfer service to and from the airport which was perfect. Communication with the owner by messaging was easy.

Lovely apartment in an amazing location. They went to extra effort to make sure we felt welcomed despite our late check in with biscuits and a bottle of local port! Really lifted our spirits after a long late journey. Everything was really comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. Would 100% recommend :)

The downside of the location was the noise of the hostel next door. But perhaps that was the weekend noise.

The location is super convenient to most of the sights in Porto and to some great restaurants. Its easy to get to on public transportation. It’s in the old medieval area of Porto, so the building has a lot of character, but is still quite comfortable.

We had the apartment on the third floor, right side. Very nice apartment in the middle of Porto. Looks the same as the pictures. Amazing view on the cathedral. Bed is good, kitchen and bathroom are all well equipped. We stayed with our toddler and she had a proper crib. Lucky with a parking spot just in front of the apartment. I would recommend. Don’t forget your walking shoes, Porto is very hilly!!

Nothing - it was perfect.

Amazing location, just a few metres from the cathedral and 5 min walk to many other key sites. Huge apartment - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and good sized kitchen and living room. Kitchen had everything you need for self catering. Good AC. Good wifi (but owner will need to give you details). Very clean. Owner gave us details of taxi from the airport. Be aware the apartment is on the top floor so wouldn't suit those with restricted mobility but it was fine for us.

This street used to be infamous in Porto. It still retains a gritty charm. We liked it and always felt safe. It's also at the top of the cathedral hill, lots of climbing!

cleaning wasn’t the best, we found towels from previous guests behind the door that were probably forgotten to be removed from the previous guests, one towel had stain on it and bathroom wasn’t very tidy.

location is very convenient next to the cathedral, apartment is very big and cool (we were there in summer and despite no AC it kept cool in), owner had a lot of info prepared and available on what to do

The handle on the smaller toilet is too close to the door frame on the inside which makes it difficult to get out.

As expected, being so close to the cathedral meant lots of noise outside the window. Unfortunately some of that came from a DJ who played music all day.

Very spacious with all the amenities. The owner was very hospitable and provided annotated maps of the city and recommendations for wine cellars for port tastings and restaurants. Beautiful views of the cathedral right outside the window.
