Finding is a nightmare. Going thru gates of other properties, down ways that are not marked. Gps doesn't take you to right entrance. Facilities are old. Kind a bit of a dive feel

Maintenance of the Hostel could definitely be improved on the little things. No support for the shower. Broken things remain just like they were 5 years ago.

Location. Clean and fair room, with great Window view! Simple but good breakfast with the best view ever. Location is central and quiet. Sympathy of some of the staff . Close to the beach. Great to use a bike and for running.

We didn’t have enough space to put our things, some shelf would be nice. The building is very old. It was hard to find the property first time.

It was being cleaned every day, staff was very kind. It’s about 1km far away from the train station, from which you can go to Cascais or to the center of Lisbon. Nice beach is also pretty near.

Needs a bit of a touch up.

Was convenient, clean and comfortable. The staff was very good with us and we checked in late. The breakfast wasn’t the best was was just enough for our needs. Good place for a short stay, right by the ocean. I would recommend. Good price for value.

I would have liked to be given directions to the reception prior to arrival. The reception was not easy to find and we consulted a security guard but he could not speak English. A simple map of the reception location would help.

Good location, easy to access the city via train. The complementary breakfast was nice and the staff were really nice.

The bathrooms could be a bit more clean, keeping the windows open and checking the sewage system could be a good idea, there’s a bit of a strange smell sometimes

Very friendly staff! I have been in a lot of hostels and I can say this one is fairly clean and a good value for money. The rooms are comfortable enough, and you can have breakfast with an amazing view of the Sea. Location is great

There was not air conditioning or fan but then again that was probably my fault for not checking. The outside of the property look like in hadn't had a had a paint job in years!! Thanks heavens I only needed to stay for one night before flying back home early in the morning!!

Not much really but it was close to an outdoor swimming bath and restaurants that were nice .

1. The location of the accommodation was not easy to find, so do what I did and research on Google Maps, before you go. You need to access the parking area via the nearby INATEL Oeiras and once you realise this then it is easy. When you arrive at INATEL Oeiras, let them know you are staying at HI Oeiras and they will allow you access via the boom gate. 2. Breakfast started at 8.30am, which was a bit late for us personally, due to our travel plans, however to compensate for this you can ask for them to arrange a take away breakfast package, which is available for collection at a prearranged time, in the morning. 3. The accommodation kitchen was nice, however it was not easily accessible and you need to ask for a key and go to another section of the building to access, which made it not so convenient.

The location of the accommodation was amazing and right next to the ocean and also the local marina, which had nice restaurants, music and entertainment on the weekend. We were within walking distance (1+ km's) to the training station, that took us directly into central Lisbon. The breakfast was very nice, with quality food and coffee. Rooms were small and basic, but clean and comfortable. Parking is available but parking area is small and not shaded from the summer sun, just to note. Staff were very friendly and professional and spoke English. Great value for money considering the location.

Before you go, think that it is like going to the Army in the 90s in order to avoid disappointment. Everything is old, but it works. Wifi not good in some rooms. Only 1.5h for breakfast (08.30-10.00). Between 12.00 and 17.00 you can't use the rooms. The African roommate made my stay tough with his snoring, banging doors, noises and farts.

Weird single key system for dormitory. No towels. No laundry. No signage to hostel from complex entrance or main admin block.

impossible to find, there is no sign anywhere, it is not possible to drive closer from the sea side, drive to Inatel Oeiras and then just continue through the camp area and you reach to the parking of this place. Super old, cold, rooms looked little like a prison cells.

friendly nice people at the reception, we had to leave before breakfast and they were kind to prepare the snacks to go.

they didn’t have laundry room, the bathroom courtains had a bit of mould. the staff kept changing us to different beds/rooms.
