The hotel is 4 bus stop from the centre (Picoa is the nell'est bus stop) and Wellington connected by bus to the airport and to Oriente railway station. I Washington in a double room with private bathroom Room Washington confortable and the Roma site quote big. Breakfast is poor.

Toilet seats in the ladies were damaged, one of the toilet lock and the dorm window latch were broken. Breakfast was served late from 830am. No place to dry clothes inspite of having sufficient space in the area behind the breakfast area. Suggest to install laundry lines /racks.

Excellent location 50m to Picoas metro station (yellow line). Beds had cotton sheets and there were two very small elevators. Breakfast was a bonus.

Noisy young guests, not functioning individual bed lamps/illumination, bed distant from the wall 30 cm .. I was on the upper level with another old woman, while young ladies were assigned down beds. Not sufficient sockets nor a multisocket extension to load cellphones.

- very little sockets in the room, 3 between 7 people, and behind doors/trash cans at that! - bathrooms weren’t the cleanest, but they were spacious and plentiful

I DIDNT KNOW THAT THE HOSTEL WAS GOING TO BE CLOSED ON DEC 25 , WHEN I ARRIVED. I ARRIVED AT 10AM IN LISBON AND WAS PLANNING TO LEAVE MY BAG AND EXPLORE THE CITY. THE HOSTEL OPENED BACK AT 4 PM (WITH A NOTE ON THEIR DOOR), THEY ENDED UP OPENING AROUND 5PM. SO I HAD TO ROAM AROUND THE CITY WITH MY BACKPACK FOR 7 HOURS. WASNT THE MOST FUN EXPERIENCE, I THINK THERE SHOULD BE NOTIFICATIONS THAT THE HOSTEL WOULD BE CLOSED ON CERTAIN DATES, TRAVELERS DONT HAVE ALL THE TIME TO CHECK THIS VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL ON THE FINE PRINT. MAYBE SEND A SINGULAR NOTIFICATION NEXT TIME SAYING "OPERATIONS WILL CEASE ON DEC 24-25. HOSTEL WILL OPEN AT 4PM ON 25 DEC 2024. " AS SIMPLE AS THAT SO EVERYONE CAN EASILY KNOW THEY WONT HAVE A PLACE TO STORE THEIR LUGGAGES WHILE WAITING FOR CHECK IN, THERE WERE A NUMBER OF US WAITING OUTSIDE , LUCKILY I HAD A SMALL BACKPACK.

LOCATION IS OKAY, ITS CLOSE TO MUSEO SUBWAY STATION. SHOPS AROUND IF YOU NEED GROCERIES. STAFF WAS QUITE HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. FREE BREAKFAST WAS OKAY.

Bedbugs. No curtains on the beds and was not possible to charge the phones because the electric socket wasnt working and when i informed the reception, the sayd they will check and it might take some days because its weekend. Stayed in Dorm for 4.

Beds squeaky. Cold bathroom. Showers and toilet seats, toilet stall locks need remodel update.

Staff are very nice. Shower water was hot and great. Plenty of paper towel, tp, soap. Breakfast was good, could also use a microwave. Personal bedroom lockers were great size. 24-hr front desk. Excellent location.
