It wasn't a problem for us but if you're less mobile or don't like narrow steps. And also you must be quiet after hours, not a problem for us we made the effort. We are not a fan of leaving deposits but this was dealt with very professionally at check-in.

The location is great. We are an active family who don't mind steps and stairs. We appreciated there are cooking facilities and equipment. There is an Aldi nearby for supplies. Water was hot and on tap. We really appreciated getting some support for check-in as we were already in Lisbon.

It would be great if the apartment had several bags of tea, coffee, and sugar. Since the check-in was late in the evening, it caused some inconvenience. The hose is leaking in the bathroom, and the leg of the table in the middle room is damaged, so it is wobbly.

Very convenient location, close to the center, calm and quiet area, there are shops and a pharmacy, cafes and restaurants also nearby, and the apartment has everything you need for living.

No cleaning materials were supplied e.g washing up liquid, a dish cloth, a tea towel etc. It was just an added hassle to have to buy these things and many local corner shops don’t supply them. Also, the walls between apartments are very thin. On 2 of the days one of the neighbours played their music very loudly but positively after we spoke with them they stopped.

It was clean, in a good location and comfortable to stay in. Plenty of bedding and towels were supplied. The property was within walking distance of lots of restaurants, cafes etc. Plus we could walk in to/back from the centre of town. Walking around Lisbon is good cardio what with all the hills and stairs!

You are expected to provide toilet paper, dish soap, and dish cloth. Picking up the keys in a different area of the city after a trans Atlantic flight. No extra blankets available.

The apartment was very comfortable and was in a terrific location. We especially liked the Enoteca and Gin Bar.

Bit noisy especially on Saturday night. Walls are thin so you hear everything that happens in the building, that being said we all still had good nights sleep and a bit of noise is always an trade-off against location of property.

The flat was in a great location. Good transport links. Lots of restaurants.

The key pick up location was a bit of an inconvenience but the apartment and location were totally worth it!

The apartment unit was very clean and well equipped with towels, toilet paper and linens. Beds were very comfortable! The view from the small terrace was true Lisbon. The location was incredible for walking to a few of the "to do" neighborhood in Lisbon. My family walked walked from the apartment to the waterfront.

The presence of Beatels , there were no Towels . The owner was unprofessional with us guests , did not answer calls and was late to hand over the keys

A few more things could have been provided to help keep it clean (cloths etc) but it was manageable. The only other issue is the neighbour who insists on almost complete silence after 10pm.. (even on Friday and Saturday nights) this isn’t the owners fault but depending on your use for the property this can get a little annoying.

The apartment was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - the views were lovely and the location was excellent

There was not enough dishwashing detergent, rags to wipe the table. It would be nice to add minimal spices to the kitchen, such as salt, sugar, oil. Also, the keys had to be picked up elsewhere, it is not very convenient to travel around the city with suitcases.
