It is a great place to go if you don’t have kids. It is very quiet and relaxing, but we found it a little stressful to keep our kids quiet enough to not disturb others.

We were very well taken care of! The room was very well cleaned every day and the breakfast was wonderful! The pool was very nice to return to after a day of exploring.

Absolutely nothing to change, it was really perfect

A fabulous spread for breakfast. A spacious room even with the bunk beds. Staff who were so warm, courteous, friendly, they took time to speak with us and check that we had all that we needed.

The staff went over and above, took time with my elderly mother, interested and caring towards our young children. Genuinely warm, caring people, always with a smile. They were busy but took their time and gave full attention to each person they served.

One night, there were very noisy guests that made it impossible to sleep. Nobody intervened. There was always food outside a room on the way to our room. It always took ages before somebody took it away.

Excellent reception and hospitality staff who went out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible . Superb bar staff who catered well for all our allergies and made a mean virgin mohito and a delicious tuna steak on sweet potato mash. The breakfast team gave us a lovely surprise with a cake for a special occasion .

The staff was wonderful and very happy to help. Not to mention the Chef (I believe his name is Fernando Monteiro) was able to accommodate my food allergies and whipped out a wonderful meal for me at Rocca restaurant with a very short notice. I still dream about my dessert. Highly recommend the hotel.

We liked everything.

The hotel is very peaceful and beautiful. It was also extremely clean and the staff were lovely. The breakfast had everything you needed and we also had food for dinner in one of the restaurants - everything was amazing especially the service. We were given an amazing room overlooking the pool and the golf course. We loved the hotel and we would definitely stay there again if we are ever in cascais. For a €2 per night optional resort fee you get some additional benefits such as discounts in the bar, access to cascais museums, free shuttle etc. The rooms were also big and the bathroom was fantastic - the hotel even had engraved toothbrushes ready for us in the bathroom.

You have to take a taxi to get to the downtown Cascais. The rooms are not soundproof and you can easily hear your neighbors.

The hotel is situated in a very beautiful neigbourhood, the territory is a real paradise! The breakfast was perfect - everything one usually has for breakfast and even more! The room was small but very convenient, light, cozy, and clean. All guests of the hotel can take golf sessions or sunbathe and swim in the outdoor or indoor pools.
