Elevator is small

Excellent location close to metro (Red and Yellow line station Saldanha) and good restaurants. Easy access to city center and other places by metro/train via Saldanha and Entre Campos stations. Direct connection to airport via Red line. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

- thin walls (plasterboard) - fridge didn't work properly (very weak cooling system)

- location about 200 metres from an entrance to the metro - great coffee, always something to choose from during breakfast (pasteis de nata included) - our room had a big balcony - helpful staff - room was cleaned perfectly every day - should be promoted to a 3* hotel

Needed to iron a shirt, no iron in entire hotel. Door on balcony didn't shut properly. Spotted one cockroach, probably because door wouldn't shut properly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast excellent. The hotel is close to a metro station and the 727 bus goes to Jeronimos Monastery. In the evenings there are several restaurants nearby to choose from.

The bathroom was a bit tired/dated. Could have used also more shelves and hooks in the bathroom.

Great position, off the street of one of Saldanha metro entrances. Gives you access to two metro lines (including one direct to the airport) and several buses. Nice friendly staff.

The breakfast could have been more diverse, but everything was fresh and tasted well.

We booked 2 rooms of which one was bigger than the other. The room was clean, the balcony was nice. Also there is a terrace, where you can have the breakfast. The location is great next to Saldanha metro station (1min walking), which connects to the airport as well as to the main attractions. Very nice hotel, staff was nice too. Totally recommend for a trip to Lisboa.

It seemed that there was a refrigerator problem. Ours did not work and there were no replacements...

The Staff were excellent--very helpful and pleasant. The room is as shown in the pics. We had a balcony with chairs and table.

The cleaning products that they use for the floor have a very strong smell.

Great hotel for a shorter stay, good location. Our "superior doubleroom" was smaller than expected but it was ok for one night.

The hair blower of the room was not functional, however the staff provided us with another one.

The location is superb, the room is rather quiet , the brrakfast is nice

Nothing negative to point out. One of the best hotels I've been to for this amount of money (and I've been to many haha).

Great location (many shops and restaurants nearby), very close (3 min by foot) to "Saldanha" metro station (it reaches the airport and the "Oriente" bus station directly!!!). The rooms are cleaned every day, they're not too big but there's enough of space and it's convenient, we also had a private balcony; the shower was big and the water pressure was purely excellent!!! The breakfast is great, even though it's almost the same every day (but you get both hot and cold food as well as some great pastries). The staff is extremely friendly. There's an elevator. The beds are rather hard but not too bad, for me it was good, for a person with back problems might be a bit too hard. Overall a great hotel with so many pros and very few cons.

The lift was very small. We had a new born baby stroller and we could barely fit the stroller and an adult.

The room was big and clean. The bathroom as well. The beds very comfortable. The location is also nice, very close to the metro station and with a lot of restaurants and service shops around. Perfect for a family stay.

There was a bed smell in the room all the time, something that reminds you of all walls, a little bit as mold. But nothing that you can't resolve with a few minutes of open window.

The room was small, but clean. The fridge did not work, but everything else did. The internet was good and the staff were friendly. There are restaurants and the Metro in the vicinity. I would stay there again.

You absolutely need to slam the room door closed to make sure it locks. At night i felt guilty about this in case i woke up others on the same floor. That said, it was pretty well sound proofed.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Great access to public transport. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are ideal for a short break. Clean and comfortable.

No bar or cafe on site. The garden area was closed due to rain. So there was nowhere really to sit and relax.

Comfortable clean hotel, cleaner came in every day unless you asked them not to disturb you. Accessible lift and entrance. Easy walking distance to the metro.
