My fridge didn't work. Didn't restock water even for a long stay.

Clean and nice rooms. Good morning breakfast. Housekeeping service daily. Close to the Metro airport line. The staff were very nice. In room safe.

The elevator was tiny. The bathroom fan was loud. The soap dispensers didn’t work. The hotel would not keep a suitcase for a few days in storage for a guest.

Some of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Some of the staff were curt and too busy with other things to see to their guests. I appreciated the kettle and coffee/tea supplies. There is an outdoor patio for breakfast in nice weather!

He could’ve used more hooks in the room to hang your things, like backpacks, bags, and have an extra surface for a Second luggage.  We had a room with a balcony, but we did not use it. The view wasn’t nice. There was only one day that rained and understandably so, they did not dry up the chairs to have an outside or outdoor breakfast. 

The location was very good, closed too many important bus stops and train stations. The neighborhood was calm and very safe.

Good location close to the airport. Staff was good, bed was comfortable, room was small but clean. Excellent for our purpose of needing a place for one night. Elevator was a great as we were on the 6th floor with a belcony.

Nothing, pretty much perfect for our stay.

Great location, just outside the city centre, a few metro stops away from the main tourist hub of Lisbon. Hotel itself is 200m from the metro entrance at Saldanha which connects directly to the airport. Range of local restaurants and bars serving good food at extremely competitive prices on the doorstep. Exceptionally clean throughout, bed linen and towels changed each day. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a range of options and would suit most tastes.

I got stuck in the elevator. But the staff was quick to respond. Still not fun because I was stuck for like 15 minutes.

Clean, modern, on a main street, about 2 minutes from a metro station, easy to get to from airport/train station via metro (or cab/uber). 24 hour concierge, elevator, rooms with furnished balconies, about a 20 min metro to downtown Lisbon or a 45 minute walk, lots of shops and restaurants around, in a very upscale part of town

I haven't read in previous reviews about a huge amount of tiny ants everywhere on the floor. Can not believe nobody hasn't seen them before. But they were everywhere in the room and there were tons of them. I was afraid I would bring them home. The walls were pretty thin and flushing in the next room gave You a filling as it was happening in your bathroom.

It is located very close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is well-maintained, has nice breakfasts, and a nice outdoor terrace. The rooms are small, but have everything You need for a short-term stay: cosmetics, a hairdryer, a teapot, some snacks, tea, coffee, and sugar. The shower cabin is small but has tropical shower and hand shower, the water was hot and with good pressure. The air conditioning was working properly, the elevator allows you to bring your cases to the room - what else can you expect from two star hotel.
