Cleanliness, staff, comunication, etc, but the most inportant loved it so much was the view from my room and location, location, location. Thank You to all the staff for making us feel welcomed.

Excellent location on plaza at waterfront. Car access to plaza is restricted to taxi drop-offs and phone orders - Uber not allowed on the plaza but picks up/drops off at a nearby corner near a taxi rank. Many restaurants and bars nearby but room wasn't noisy.

Excellent location. I had a room with a view on the bridge. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage before checkin and after checkout since we stayed in the city afterwards. Due to being off season, price was more than ok for what was given.

What a great location! Room had two big windows overlooking the Ribieri=a and the beautiful Dom Lois I bridge. Great value. Big walk-in bathroom with shower. Would stay again.

The Location was fantastic. It was right by the river. You could hear the various street performers from the room. You might say it could be noisy since the location was right on top of all the water front activity, bu we loved it!

The room was small but we are finding most hotel rooms in Portugal are small compared to hotels in North America.

The location is amazing. The hotel is on the Douro river front. There is so much to see and do within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was a bit odd and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. HOWEVER, I would stay there again. The price was right, the location was great and there was great food, drink and shopping within a stone's throw of the place.

This location is PERFECT if you want to be right on the water and where the action is. We happened to be there the night of the anniversary of the Porto Football Team. We awoke at midnight to fireworks and the team chant. It went from silent to bonkers to silent again in about 15 minutes! What a cool experience we could never have anticipated!

Carpet in the entrance to the room was a little tired and stained but other than that it was fine.

The hotel is located right near the Douro river. Great location for food, sights and boat rides. It is a lively area at night but double glazed windows meant a good night’s sleep. Great views from my room too. The room was small but manageable for one person. Since I spent most of my time wandering Porto, the room size didn’t bother me.

I liked everything but just a small thought. Breakfast seemed a little chaotic. You are asked to specify what items you would like for breakfast the previous day. The breakfast staff person then just seemed rushed off her feet getting all the individual items for you along with everybody else. She was great and welcoming of course but I did wonder why they didn't just do self service.

A great place to stay close to the river. Staff so helpful. I asked if we could have a kettle in the room as it doesn't seem to be standard in Portugal. The lady hadn't understood what I was asking but she went straight to reception who then called me and a kettle was brought up immediately! Fabulous! Great room, facilities and location for the price. Nice toiletries.

Having to choose what to eat the day before breakfast isn't the best. Otherwise a great stay.

The staff were very friendly. The location was brilliant. The view from the room was amazing. The room was large and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I really recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay at the hotel again if I go back to Porto.
