The rooms are older and the furniture shows it. Bed not comfortable. Some homeless people walking around near the property. I didn’t expect it to be fancy though. It was great for 1 night.

It’s in the downtown area so we walked to restaurants and breweries. Room had a micro, big frig, newer floors. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Had my dog with me and was near a potty area.

The first night it was noisy. There was rude people staying that may it unpleasant. I was also cold and could have used more blankets. I did not see any heat to turn on.

Central location for a short stay in Redding. Close to shopping and stores.

The blankets weren't warm enough, so we had to put on extra cloths not to freeze during the night. The toilet was really tall, so it was very uncomfortable to use (for a 5'9" person). It's located in the middle of the city and there's pretty much no soundproofing whatsoever, so you'll hear everything that's going on outside: it can be quiet, there can be traffic noise, someone may be shouting curses, etc. But in general, it wasn't too noisy for the most part.

Everything was clean. The matrass wasn't too soft and we were able to find pillows that aren't too thick, so the bed was pretty comfortable. Charging our phones overnight was easy: on both bedside tables there were lamps with outlets, so we didn't have to move anything to reach for the wall outlets.

They now offer free breakfast til 9am but when I checked it out about 8:45 it was slim pickings ..pancake maker was there but no batter only 2 small rolls ?the usual small yogurts and instant oatmeal packets there was orange juice but the coffee carafe was empty.. at least there should have been coffee. In future I will avoid room 207 it is next to service room and laundry and there was a very annoying clicking tapping noise that started in the middle of the nite and went on for about 45 minutes .

Newly remodeled well appointed clean good location walking distance to eateries. The staff was very friendly and prices very reasonable . We’ve stay ed here for years when visiting family.

Breakfast was very basic and not great!

The room was fine, we were at the end so it was quiet! There seemed to be a lot of homeless walking around but since it was the town light up there were lots of people. Lots of good restaurants close by!

The location was very noisy. There was a lot of road noise and train noise. The air conditioner had access to the outside so you could hear all the cars driving by through the air conditioner. We did not turn the air conditioner on until the room got too cold. The machine was amazingly loud. So we couldn't hear the car noise anymore but we had a very loud air conditioner. We needed to ask for a second toilet paper roll as there weren't any extra in the room.

The room is very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was close to restaurants.

The stair rails were not attached properly, making going up and down the stairs a safety hazard. Literally, they felt like they could detach and fall off completely. The front desk clerk was a bit curt as well. I asked for a first floor room and as I was checking in around 4:30 pm, I didn't think it would be an issue, but all of the first floor rooms were taken and I was curtly assigned a second floor room. Then I discovered how rickety the stair rail was. It made getting upstairs (and downstairs) with luggage hazardous.

Jose that checked us in was very nice. Customer before me had a problem with her reservation and he gave her options that made her happy . Breakfast had good choices. Location works well to gas up and hit the road....

The only thing was the ac. It was loud and the street noise came through.

The motel was vintage but nicely refurbished. It was right downtown. It was very clean, including the parking lot. The wifi was very good. Breakfast was nice, in a nice breakfast room. The bed was quite comfortable.
