The breakfast, plain and not much choices. Delayed check in and the staff were not accomodating. But they became friendly in the end 😊

The hairdryer kept switching off while using it and there is no mini bar/fridge in the room. The internet was not reliable.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had a lovely balcony. We could park our car there for free and the hotel is just a short walk from the church

Hotel Santo António de Fátima had a great location and it was a hop, skip & jump to the Shrine. Shops and restaurants were plenty and we were spoilt for choice. The staff were great, polite, helpful and accommodating. Smiles from everyone and we were told the rooms were freshly renovated, stayed in a quad room and it was perfect for our family! Nicely painted and it gave us a sense of calmness. Breakfast was good! Thank you dear team.

WiFi was slow and intermittent. Struggling to load videos. This is pretty core for a hotel. Listing indicated a balcony was included with the room, and I was allocated a room without one, quickly corrected by the staff but this shouldn't be something I have to go back and ask for when it's included in the listing.

Our room was very cold because A/C was on so it took a couple of tries with front desk staff to get the heat to work. They even offered to move us to different room if the heat did not work. It was too cold in the dining room when we were eating. Some guests ate with their jackets on and staff also wore their jackets in dining room and front desk. The temperature improved daily in the dining room but the last day heat was on as we entered the dinig room.

The staff were exceptional with helping us with our stay. The room was ready early for us so we could check-in since we were so tired from our airflight to Lisbon and car ride to Fatima. Luca was great in the dining room and friendly. The food was good and tasted homemade.The room was very clean and comfortable.

our room with a double bed was two twin beds pushed together each with its own twin sheets and twin blanket. They just pushed two twin beds together and called it a double room. sadly, my dinner was not good and I am trying to be kind in my assessment. I ordered the fried pork but what showed up was a bowl full of what appeared to be pieces of frozen and cut up french fries that they sautéed in a pan with a few pieces of , completely unseasoned blandly cooked pork sitting on top. But the worst part was the vegetables. They were nothing more than a few little remnants from a jar of pickled vegetables. Yes, pickled! sorry, that was the second worst part. The worst part was that our very nice host came up to our table after we sat down and offered us a little platter of six fried “dumplings.“ There is a Portuguese name I cannot remember. But, what seem to be a nice complementary appetizer turned out to be a nine euro charge on our bill! Overall, it is a decent place to stay, but whatever you do, don’t eat there.

Decent location just a block or so away from the Plaza. Also, just five minute walk from the bus terminal. The room was very clean and a reasonable value.

The food at the restaurant was not great and server unfriendly.

The hotel was beautiful and a short 2 minute walk to the shrine. Also close to shopping and restaurants, and about 20 minute walk to the bus station. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The electricity kept tripping in our room, but asked to change rooms and had no further problems!!!

food very expensive for what you get. soup good. Breakfast buffet not worth it. Staff very nice. Not able to get a decent salad.. way too expensive for just lettuce and tomatoes 8 EUR. However kind gesture from employee who saw that my taxi did not arrive and I would miss my bus. so she asked her husband to drive me.. bus station 5 minutes away from hotel. and he would not accept any money from me. so I was impressed. coffee horrible. had to buy Americano to get a decent coffee. 1 EUR for Americano. OK.

1- The flush of the toilet was extremely difficult and hard to use. That was just a tiny hole which only allowed a small and strong finger to push for the flush. My old mother with weak fingers couldn’t push the hole to flush the toilet. 2- The water exit of the bath was very slow, likely the clog. 3- There should have been some clothes hooks in the toilet 4- Our room was very cold during the night (outside around 7oC according to the iPhone weather). We couldn’t sleep well. The heater didn’t work. I came home late and the next day still forgot to hotel. 5- Although we contacted the hotel quite early for the room with the view of the Basilica, also contacted again on the morning of the check-in day. They just gave us a room with a small view of the Basilica, not the one with a direct view of the Basilica. We feel disappointed since we couldn’t see the whole Basilica.
