Beatriz was an amazing host! The room was beautiful, super clean and with amazing views to their little garden. The car can be parked inside. The breakfast is also nice, and you have available coffee, pie, fruit and water all day long!

We had a beautifull stay in Solar Pontes. The staff where very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional! The host Bea where very helpful she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, she even shared some of her mom's cakes recipes which where jammy! 😍 I highly recommend this place! The place was fantastic, well-situated, with a great garden view from our windows. The host is an amazing, open, funny and talkative person who not only makes the breakfast (with many tasty local products) every morning, but makes your day ;-) with all the tips for local attractions, anecdotes and general care. Room was spacious, bright and silent. Kitchen and some breakfast elements were available all time for us to enjoy. The placement of the property in Capelas also made it a great base for touring the entirety of the island - it's max. 1h20min drive to the farthest corners you might want to visit, so it's super convenient. The city itself is also good to stay in, large enough to have a BP petrol station and a big Continente supermarket, among other conveniences.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it! Beatriz was always ready to offer help and support. She made our stay memorable. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and cake to enjoy throughout the day! The tomato jam from Beatriz’s mum was absolutely delicious, please give it a try!

Quiet environment, homely atmosphere, good location on island to reach sites, super engaged and helpful host. We highly enjoyed our stay there, preferred to stay more if schedule had allowed:) The room was spacious and clean, with very comfy bed. Nice breakfast was included. :)

Nothing - it was great. The hostess Bea was lovely and friendly, English was good (though accented); the grounds were fabulous,

The place was lovely - the only tricky thing was access: there is no front door outside the gate: you need to enter the code, which they will send by email ahead of time.

Amazing place, clean, calm neighbourhood, simple but good breakfast, beautiful garden, very welcoming and kind host. Would love to come back for a little in th future 🙂 the only inconvenience was a shared bathroom, but that's something we were aware of and it's fine, just slightly affecting schedule(if there are 4 people who want to use it in the morning)

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic, beautiful house, everything clean, large room, comfortable beds, plenty of space for suitcases and clothes, lovely big terrace with afternoon sun. Bathroom big, hot water, towels, soap, everything you need. Great breakfasts, plenty of fruit, cheese, ham, different pastry every day, sweet bits and especially fresh orange juice. The owner is so nice and welcoming, we didn't want to leave. Capelas is almost in the middle of the island, at the narrowest point, about 15mins drive to the airport, close to a natural swimming pool, lots of excellent restaurants and supermarkets in the town. We would stay again.

A bit of damp smell when entering the property and the room but I assume humidity is a common problem here in Azores.

The staff was extremely helpful and the house was beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The garden is beautiful too. The shared bathroom was always super clean and always free when needed.

With a packed schedule adventuring the island, it was so great to know that you'd never start the day on an empty stomach. The inclusive breakfast was delicious and fresh - especially orange juice! The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The staff was always helpful and kind.

Slight confusion on arrival. Recommend providing instructions to the guests (with your welcome email ?) on how to get the access code.

Beautiful setting, great breakfast, tea and fresh fruit available for the guests in the evenings. Excellent, helpful staff. A minor inconvenience with the hairdryer was immediately addressed. Thank you, Beatriz & team, for a lovely stay!
