“The location is excellent with unobstructed views over the wild atlantic ocean. The remote controlled gated entry is a touch of luxury as is the driveway length koi pond. Loads of space inside and out. The pool was cold, though they had a hot tub which allowed cold swimming and then warming up after. I got quite addicted to my morning cold plunges! All the rooms have beautiful views and are enormous.”

“The location was perfect, close to all amenities and felt really safe. The host was magnificent in offering quality information about the area and possible excursions. The view from the cabins are breathtaking looking on the ocean, villages and cliffs. There are good local and more touristy restaurants in the area. Parking on location was easy. There is a really nice pool, a basketball/tennis court. BBQ are available with some wood and a nice common area with cooking facilities. “The place was fantastic, well-situated, with a great garden view from our windows. The host is an amazing, open, funny and talkative person who not only makes the breakfast (with many tasty local products) every morning, but makes your day ;-) with all the tips for local attractions, anecdotes and general care. Room was spacious, bright and silent. Kitchen and some breakfast elements were available all time for us to enjoy. The placement of the property in Capelas also made it a great base for touring the entirety of the island - it's max. 1h20min drive to the farthest corners you might want to visit, so it's super convenient. The city itself is also good to stay in, large enough to have a BP petrol station and a big Continente supermarket, among other conveniences.”
