Clean, spacious with air conditioning. Lovely bathroom with soap dispensers for sink and shower, nice aroma from soap, great water pressure. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was a nice treat and we met some lovely people from Spain. The only issue we had was having the wrong code sent to us and not updated, was not clear that we had to go next door ( ale house) to finish the paperwork before going in. Loved our one night stay .

Convenient location but arrived two hours after supposed check in and could not actually check in as the rooms were only just being cleaned. Had to awkwardly wait in the common areas as there was no where secure we could leave bags.

Location was amazing right off the main square within the city walls. Great kitchen and patio space. Check-in worked smoothly and the staff was very attentive. Very quiet for a good sleep. Huge bathroom. All facilities are very clean.

Very comfy, clean and tidy room. Working A/C, hot shower. Common areas are one of the best we’ve seen. Very well equiped kitchen. Nespresso and filter coffee machine you can use. There are even 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines at guests use. Would have stayed 1 month if we could!

The location was good, Tanya was very helpful and kinda Unfortunately some of the residents coming in all hours of the morning had no regard for the other paying guests, banging doors and being very loud.

The place really needs maintenance. Everything is done very simple. The room we had for sure needs maintenance. When taking a show, the ware pours into the room. This is already going on for a while, as the wooden floor has already suffered much water damage. The bed lights were not working. Some power outlets were also not working. The reception is at the Ale Hop shop. In general okay. But when you need help outside the shop hours, you have to call a mobile number. There is no staff in the hotel itself. Room not equipped with coffee machine, water cooker, fridge or something like that.

If you want to stay in the centre of Évora, this is a good place. Parking the car can be a hassle. Check-in went very quick. We didn´t see that much staff, except the lady at the shop who did the check-in and one cleaning lady. Both were friendly!

The place was wonderful: nice location, clean, comfortable, and shared common areas were delightful. Although we had the kitchen area to ourselves. We were able to store our luggage after checkout until it was time to catch our bus.

We booked this place because we needed to do laundry but all 3 of them were broken. Assuming this is not typical, I won’t hold it against them. Everything else was fantastic.

Will 100% return here. Right in the middle of everything, just 30 seconds form the main square. Right across from the grocery store so you can cook in the nice kitchen. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were very clean. Great wifi!
