The only thing really, that we could not have the room with 2 separate beds as booked. Due the hotel being full we had to book another room for my daughter. Still we did enjoy our stay.

Response to my request to bring my well behave cat along with us was too late for us to realise that pet-friendly did not include our cat - only dogs allowed! We had to pay a 150 Euro deposit and a 30 Euro extra for one night with the cat! Discrimination against cats!? Sometimes people have to travel with their cat!

Excellent standard of decoration and size of bedroom overlooking pool with good facilities in room and bathroom. Huge luxury very comfortable bed. Mensa Italian restaurant served excellent quality lunch at a reasonable price. Staff were helpful despite problem with pet-friendly term not applying to our very well behaved cat!

Good size room, very quiet. Lovely extras like slippers & robe. Sweet dog-focussed additions like bed & bowls. Well located for the beach & the old town around Palácio Sotto Maior.

The staff was always at the ready, friendly and efficient. Amenities galore - did not get to try the mini-theatre! The location could not have been better - walking distance to center and local beach.

Very cool ‘beach house’ styled hotel, that was modern clean and well maintained. Lots of lovely touches in the common areas making it feel fresh and welcoming. Large pool area that was well tended to by staff providing drinks. Free onsite parking. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Be well aware when booking with children to very clearly state their ages on the booking. We booked for two adults and two children (using their correct ages) however upon checkin we were charged an additional €50 per child on top of the room rate for them to share a pull out sofa. Not sure if the issue lies with booking.com or the hotel itself but this definitely put a dampener on the stay. That aside very nice stay in a spacious and well laid out room, in a hotel with great facilities.

Nice place to stay for weekends. Well decorated cozy room (we booked suite just because usual room was not available). Free privet parking. Nice atmosphere around the swimming pool. Palms. Bar. Nice music. Place to seat. Place for sunbathing. Chilling mood. Very tasty food we ordered near swimming pool (pizza, sweet doce batata frita, tiramisu etc.) But please book the table in the restaurant for dinner ahead.

Fantastic hotel in FdF, with outside pool, great restaurant, modern design and really really comfortable beds, because really... what is the most important thing any hotel should provide first? A quiet night of comfortable sleep. This hotel is a great value and is highly recommended.

Small and very friendly. Immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable with large room and large bathroom with shower. Pool was lovely - always able to get a sun lounger. Easy access to resort centre. All staff very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

Location is not optimal but in 10 minutes you are in the beach or in the center. The extra payment for the breakfast for me it was ridiculous, more than 200 € a night should cover the breakfast
