Not so close to big shops Almost constant cigarette smell There was no cutlery but we asked and they gave us Some power sockets are not working (only 3 for the whole apartment) Dark rooms, only 2 light bulbs, small lamps by the bed doesn't work Old sofa with cigarette holes

The property is passable at the moment but is in need of a refurbishment.

Good spacious rooms and we were offered coffee on arrival which was a nice touch. Close to the tram station for easy travel into Istanbul city centre.

There is no plug to charge your phone near the bed. Its à bit too far, so you to charge before or in the morning. I had a doubt with the pillow case, they were yellowish, wasnt sure if it was clean or not so I used a towel on the top.... They cleaned only once during my whole stay. I didn't ask for it the first night but then it was extended ...

Nice team, ready to help if needed. I Could extend my stay with them easily! You can enjoy the restaurant-chicha downstairs. The team is super nice as well, clean, good wifi, good food. Was always passing by to eat or to work and chill out.

Dirty floor and toilet not cleaned. All housekeeping and cleaning stuff strewn across the tiny hallyway outside the bedroom partially blocking lift. Dirty linen just left on floor and stairwarys. Bed linin stained and looked old. I even wondered if it had been changed, Pillows desperately need replacing. No socket or light near bed so cant charge phone while using and have to walk about in dark to turn out light. Photos do not reflect the rooms/hotel accurately.

Great place, large room with a good price, great location just next to the metro station that makes you get Sabiha Gökçen airport easily, delicious food in the hotel restaurant and very nice and helpful staff. Totally worth visiting it. Highly recommended.

It is dirty and bad smelling. I had non-smoking room, but when I entered it felt like someone was smoking non stop there. The hotel is old & seems like no one takes care of it. There were not well washed cups, not washed at all tea pot, everything around is very old. There was no shampoo or body wash. Just liquid soap in a big container. Will never be back there again.

The noise from other room disturbing my sleep in first night and parking spot are not available because of auto services from area who park near the hotel the cars for repair.

I stopped there for a few hours to rest and take a shower before my next flight. there are no accessories in the bathroom, no soap, no disposable shampoo and so on. the hair dryer crackles and works every other time, in general, I could not take a shower and wash my hair.

- They could not process my credit card. After many messages on Booking, when I arrived there, I understood that they cannot (or maybe do not like) to accept payment in Euro. ☹️ - It does not look like to the pictures. - Not clean enough - No kitchen(as expected in king suits), just a kettle

It was really a beautiful suite, it contained everything you need, a very large bedroom/ living room, a big bathroom and great decoration allover the room, the staff is wonderful, great value for money.
