No outdoor pool. The food on the rooftop could have been better however there are lots of restaurants close by so this isn't an issue

Exceptional hotel with fantastic minibar, extra comfy beds, amazing rooftop and exceptional views from the bedroom. In a great part of down easily walkable to restaurants and bars, the spa was also amazing!

There is nothing neg to say about the Rebello. We understand from staff that owners/management placed special emphasis on staff selection. We can say that they succeeded.

We cannot offer enough praise for The Rebello. From the first moment, we received the warmest welcome and the utmost assistance at the front desk. We were helped to our room — an unexpected upgrade to a commanding river view — and introduced to all amenities which encompassed an all-inclusive mini-bar. We paid a visit to the restaurant/bar and were assisted by the most extraordinary Claudia for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our meals were prepared exactly to our liking due to Claudia’s willingness to communicate with the kitchen and the kitchen’s willingness to accommodate us. The next day, breakfast was similarly pleasing. We stayed only one night but that was enough to make us wish we had arrived much earlier. The hotel is a short walk to the dock for Uniworld and other river boats. Staff even offered to take our bags there for us! We love you guys at the Rebello!

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, especially Miguel who helped me with personal arrangements for our celebration. Very helpful staff provided recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Couldn't fault it and will definitely return! Fantastic experience, probably the best hotel in Porto, certainly one of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed in thousands!).

It was one of the best hotel we ever stayed in. We've got free upgrade to room with river view which was jawdropping. Staff is not only helpful but extremely friendly and cheerful:) Pool and sauna met our expectations, especially after rainy day:) Breakfast- amazing! View from bar terrace- amazing:))

The staff was beyond friendly. We had our pet with us and they treated her so well. It was refreshing. The restaurant food was amazing, and yes room service too. We could not help ourselves and order the tiramisu EVERY TIME.

The staff at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful in resolving a mix-up in our reservation. The roof-top bar has amazing views. The Rebello is a great place to relax - also with the complete family - and an excellent starting point for sightseeing of Porto.

2 things could be improved: 1) temperature of the tranquility pool needs to be raised a couple of degrees 2) bad drains smell in rooftop restaurant & bar needs to be addressed

We liked evertyhing but if we have to be picky, when we arrived, hand wash and shower gel were empty. We had to ask a housekeeper to fill it up for us.

It's advisable to make a reservation in the sauna/pool. There is only little space at the pool/sauna area, which is a bummer if you cannot get in but on the other hand you can enjoy some privacy if you get in.

It's a quiet and exquisit hotel with a beautiful and thoughtful room interior and the best view to the old town. The extra steps to the city ar totally worth it.

It rained the whole time. However, the hotel provided us with an umbrella, and we were able to enjoy the surroundings on foot.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff are incredible, the room has a wonderful view. Everything was perfect. I even wanted to stay longer and enjoy it more, but I had another trip planned next. And I have to mention: the breakfast is absolutely amazing. I could live on that breakfast all my life.

Loved everything.

The hotel is exceptional. All the staff are ever so friendly and helpful. The view from the room across the river was superb. The room was huge with king size bed, kitchenette (even had dishwasher), large bathroom, chairs and table, and balcony. The perfect place to stay in Porto. The stay was also heavily discounted by booking.com.

We loved everything about it!

We loved the feel of this hotel, the modern interiors made it a warm and inviting space to relax and it was spotlessly clean! We absolutely loved our room with an an incredible view over the river, the bedroom was spacious and interiors well thought out, with everything you needed. We ate lunch at the rooftop bar, chose to add breakfast both mornings (as it was so good!) and had one of our best meals this trip at Pot and Pan - the staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We loved the spa and gym facilities too, myself and fiance had incredible treatments and were already planning when we can revisit The Rebello in 2024!

The pool is beautiful, but slightly small and it was only possible to book for a 30 min slot (which can be extended if the next slot is not full). It was still very enjoyable though.

The hotel has an incredible view on the river. It was such a pleasure sipping a cocktail on the rooftop. The room was quite spacious and well equipped. The style is a beautiful mix between modern and roman times. The complementary basket and mini bar was truly a plus, sets the hotel apart from other 5*'s. Finally, the staff was so caring and helpful. Overall it was a perfect stay.

Our only feedback is that it would be even better if we could have longer slots in the spa.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, we had so many excellent recommendations. We loved our room and the facilities, and the generous welcome pack. The beds and pillows were supremely comfortable and the toiletries smelled fabulous. Delightful little spa treats a turn down. Breakfast was absolutely superb. Including delicious local and seasonal treats. We had wonderful treatments in the spa. The location is fantastic and a great base to walk from and gorgeous views.

The hotel wasn't very busy during our stay. I believe booking a massage or a 30 min slot at the SPA could become tricky if the hotel is fully booked.

We had an amzing stay at The Rebello. The staff was very friendly and helpful, each and every one of them, which made the overall experience so special. The rooms were beautiful, very spacious, we really enjoyed the minimalistic style approach. The SPA was also very nice, the ayurvedic massage was a highlight.
