We had dinner at the restaurant, but there was no music or no candles, so it didn't feel cosy at all. Food was also not the best.

The rooftop has an amazing view of Porto - probably the best view in town! The room we got was very spacious, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Nothing - it was an amazing stay. We couldn't fault the service or facilities. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

The long walk from the lobby to the apartment and the lack of bell service at arrival.

The view from the apartment was in one word, exceptional, with the two bedrooms and the living room area having the luxury of a lounging area to enjoy the view of the bridge and the city skyline. Breakfast setting and options were outstanding, as were the crew. The rooftop restaurant is likely one of the best in many respects.

Everything: friendly and useful staff, clean rooms, perfect room service, delicious breakfast and restaurant, beautiful view, great relax space (pool, sauna…), great location not far from bars and city center.

Only minor issue is the TV stopped working on the last night. But streaming services worked like a champ. That and finding a café took a bit but there is one close by off the main street.

Breakfast was very good with great options. The room was amazing and the location could not be better. Walking along the river was fantastic and helping set up a Duoro trip for the day was wonderful. The Gaia beach was a fantastic walk.

It is a bit unfortunate that the spa is relatively small for the hotel size. The reservation system works but is a bit of a hassle.

Very friendly & helpful staff! Wonderful location with beautiful views of the river. Modern rooms with all the required options. Business level wifi! The open roofbar is what lured me to the hotel in the first place!

That the amazing tiramisu they make in the fall is seasonal and not available in the spring. Really no complaints, just wish they had it year-round.

My favorite hotel in Porto. Or just south of Porto. It is not my first nor last time staying here. I absolutely love the amenities and the staff are so attentive. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are large.

This Hotel is PERFECTO Very friendly staff in the reception and restaurant, Breakfast is absolutely amazing, Hotel environment and interior in delightful, The Spa is up stunning, Room is spacious and very comfortable beds. I extended two more nights because I liked the hotel and Porto is a beautiful city. Just everything I needed to enjoy this special trip.

Amazing location with a stunning view over Porto. A quiet area, out of the caos but still very convenient to visit the city and super close to the wineries. The rooms was spacious, very well equipped and with a breath taking view. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient and ready to take care of any need and request. We travelled with our dog and the hotel is a pet friendly oasis in a country where is not vey easy to travel with your pet. Highly recommended.
