The Wi-Fi in my room didnt work. The hotel Staff was really nice and tried to help tho.

The location was great and the apartment was very clean and the facilities are great.

Em bom Português: não pode ser só meter dinheiro ao bolso... Extra bed was ridiculously noisy and uncomfortable. With such a huge apartment and rooms, in a 4* aparthotel charging 285€/night, it's unacceptable that you provide such a bad extra bed. The property could easily have a proper bed/sofa bed/fold bed in that area. Zero toiletries in the apartment (even though it is advertised as included), not even hand soap. Again, at 285€ a night... AC was extremely difficult to figure out and we couldn't turn it on. On arrival, I called the reception about these 2 topics and I was told people would come over to check AC and provide toiletries. Handyman/technician came promptly, eventually was able to turn it on but couldn't really tell us how to do it. it seems there's no easy way to turn it on. You need to randomly point at all exits in hope it's the central one and it makes the AC work in the whole apartment... No one came with toiletries. Passed by the reception later (which is in a different building, where the pool is actually located, please have that in mind) and asked again for the toiletries (in fact I was just asking for handsoap, which AGAIN in a 4* aparthotel charging such price, shouldn't be such a crazy demand). Receptionist didn't have any to give me and told me cleaning lady would come by later. She eventually did and handed me one soap (there are 2 bathrooms) and said that was the only one she could find... Missing at least a broom/cleaning items. It's an apartment with a kitchen. If you need to clean something from the floor, you can't do it and need to call reception I guess and wait that someone comes to your building... There's a washing machine but no clothesline/hanger to dry clothes. One of the bathrooms (the interior, windowless one) was very dark, with bad lighting. I probably found the most annoying lavatory tap handles ever...

Huge and bright apartment. Kitchen well equipped in terms of appliances (toaster, capsule coffee machine), but missing a few other details. Supermarket downstairs in the same building. Parking underground.

Very good location, the apartment was a big and very comfortable. 5 min of walk to the beach, the supermarket is the same building. Highly recommend!

Absolutely noisy, from 7pm to 1am. 3rd bed requested for an adult highlly uncomfortable. Though there's a balcony to dry clothes, no rope or other equipment was available. Kitchenware reduced to absolute minimum. Very difficult to contact reception/staff (needed to go to another building), with poor results: not attended the request to change to a not noise place; late air conditioning repair; light at kitchen not repaired. Directory not corresponding to apartment, inducing errors. Sofas covered with bed sheets.

Shower in second bathroom flooded because shower tray not deep enough to let water drain away, maintenance came but could not fix, reported to reception and said they would send someone their solution put towels around shower !!

From the apartment nothing to point out, however, there was an event called "Trojan Horse was a Unicorn" with music, people speaking up to 1 am, 2 am and more hours in the morning. Therefore we could not sleep until the people at the event left and there was quiet. Unbelievable that such event was authorized next to the Apartments Acála with this schedule, clearly there was no consideration for the clients that were staying at the apartments. More interesting to see the inertia of the police, which with a post at a hundred meters had no intervention. My advice if you plan do book holidays to rest at this place, see if there is any scheduled event. if there is consider if paying to not sleep well at night is worth it.

The apartment was in line with expectations, considering the cost per night. The location was good, it was oriented to east allowing you to have breakfast while watching the sunrise. Apartment next supermarket which facilitated logistics.

loads of maintenance issues. specially related to plumbing. staff must be more rigourous. checking the status of the apartment before check-in. first day we had a mini flood on one of the bathrooms and living room. the toilet flush was not working in one of the bathroom. the access to balcony was not great because one of the door handles could not be opened

We received a message through booking.com with the check in address, which was different from the apartments. When we arrived, it was supposed to be another hotel, so we had to drive there, and then from there we had to figure out ourselves how to get to the apartment. The appartement had all the basics but nothing extra. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the mattress springs through the sheets.
