Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBetter information about location if parking and access from garage to apartment not explained or signposted or indicated in any way. Cooking equipment very minimal. Enormous saucepan and little else. Request for extra items handled by reception which was helpful and solved some problems. Design appears to be more important than functionality in many areas of this apartment.
Very well situated with view overlooking marina and gardens. Parking underground very useful but not easy to find.

The actual apartment was fabulous. However trying to find it or where to check in was a nightmare. Nowhere does it tell you to go to the hotel, which is a totally different location! Also in the car park there are no signs as to where to go. Very poor!!!

NetherlandsWifi is slow. TV is very old and small, there is a DVD player and even a 20 year old cassette player for music. It really needs an update. You can't access editory pool or gym. Next time I prefer to stay in editory hotel instead of these apartments.
The apartment is very well located, it has an amazing view from the balcony. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants are just below the apartment.

PortugalThe Staff that attended me forgot to update the card to enter the apartment. It meant that we entered the garage carried all bags and then could not get in. Back in the car to the hotel. Unfortunately the staff member did not dignify herself to apologise and obviously thought this was completely normal.

Norwaylong way to walk to check in, and not proper information about how and where to make check in and get key-card. I used 1 hour to find out and fix it. Did not find ashtray to put in balcony. also, in all my previous hotel-stays, it’s normal that cleaning are done without putting a sign on the door. It was obviously oposite, and for me it’s not normal. (I’ve worked as a supervisor around the world and have had 200-250 nights at hotel every year. So I’m surprised that it’s done in such way.

The property was a short stroll from the Marina, restaurants, supermarket and had an underground car park. we parked the car up on day one and didn’t need to move until we left on day 3!!
