No power points next to the bed. We had to borrow 2 power extensions to charge our devices. We couldn't watch any TV programs because there were no English speaking programs available.

We had a nice cobbled patio area but there were lots of weeds growing! It really annoyed me! The patio furniture comprised of four wooden chairs and a wooden table. They were poor quality and not ideal in wet weather as they take ages to dry out. There were cushions for them which was a bonus. There was also a large parasol which was good. The weeds were also prevalent around the resort. So it was not a good look and the grass had grown quite long too. Its not cheap to stay here and l think its important to have the grounds looking tidy. It gives a bad impression. We did not have an ice cube tray in our freezer. Two ice cube bags were provided when we complained. In the end we bought more bags ourselves. I think it should be a standard item in the inventory! M final dislike was the cancellation policy. I thought it was far from generous. It may stop some from booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vila Bicuda. We liked the location in that it was in a quiet upmarket area. The resort itself was spacious and the pool area had lots of free sun beds which was a bonus. The apartment was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had air con if needed. We could also park our car outside the apartment. A car l think is a must in order to stay here. There is a bus service but its every 40 minutes for one and every hour for another bus. The bakery was excellent loved the bread and coffee shop.; a minutes walk from our apartment.

It is not possible to pay by card in the bakery at the entrance, something that in this day and age should not be allowed in a 4 star hotel.

The accommodation far exceeded my expectations. We were traveling as a family and we were given a 2 bedrooms vila instead of 1 bedroom vila + 2 extra beds. The vila very complete with all kinds of amenities, spacious and with 2 terraces, 1 of them with a dining room with awning. The staff was very friendly, they helped us without any problems with a small mishap my son had in bed.

The resort is beautiful and calm. We loved being slightly out of the city of Cascais, and the facilities and shops on site are great. The pools are gorgeous and the staff is friendly. We didn’t rent a car but it was easy and convenient (and inexpensive) to call Ubers and taxis.

Excellent hotel. Mini town with its own cafes, shop, hair salon, laundry and kindergarten. Safe. Very beautiful and large area with swimming pools. It is possible to stay for a long stay.

Resort was really clean with comfortable beds and a beautiful pool area which was often just occupied by us. Although not walking distance to cascáis, taxis are great value and easy to order meaning that all the wonderful bars and restaurants are on your doorstep . Bakery on site is lovely and beautician / hairdresser offers a great service. Return visit and we were not disappointed .

We did not like that a group discount was not offered for the many rooms we reserved for our daughter's wedding. The countertops and some other minor finishes needed updating.

Great private outdoor spaces, pool and convenient bakery with coffee. The interior was spacious, and all bedrooms had their own full bathroom.

Lovely resort, very green and super well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. We wanted the same room we stayed in before - just sent and message and got it. The location is one of the best in Cascais - away from the crowds, 20 min walk to the best restaurants, 10 min by taxi to the Guincho beach.
