1. The bathroom cannot find an electronic plug for a hair dryer. Only one for Shaver. 2. The bed height needs to be lowered. (Not a normal height) 3. The bathtub easy to make danger happen, the height is too high.

Staff were super friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The room service staff were nice and polite. I even requested complimentary water, tea and coffee and they were glad to provide them.

They praise sustainability but there is plenty room for improvement. The towels were changed every day even if the did not lay on the floor. The amenities like Q-tips, shower caps and so on are stowed in a paper box instead of a nice wooden, metal or plastic box / container in the bath room. The fridge was on even if they state in case you wanna use it ask the reception to turn it on otherwise it is turned off to save electricity. It takes forever till warm water comes out of the shower which wastes a lot of water. Might not be bad in hot season but in the more colder months it's not that great. The hotel bar could be a bit warmer thats not necessary to wear a sweatshirt in December which also might save some electricity. My room had a bath tub which is for showering not that great. The water lever was on the other side of the shower head. The bath tub was pretty high and in my opinion - especially for older folks - not really good to go in and out.

I really liked the location close to metro which brings you to the airport in a short amount of time as well as to other areas. There are restaurants in different price range in walking distance. The staff was overall very friendly and helpful. The pool on the roof is nice because it has sun and also partly shade. The bar has a good happy hour. The room was spacey and bed quite comfy.

There was some mis communication with the hotel management, they charged more then agreed price. Waiting for refund as agreed. On checkout invoice they mentioned wrong time. We checked in 2 person for first 3 days but they charged for 3 person, they charged three days for breakfast which was not done. I Booked from 22/12/2023 to 28/12/2023 but we checked out on 27/12/2023. They charged from 21/12/2023 even we checked in at 3am on 22/12/2023. I demand for two days full refund.

I love to stay again in this hotel. Every thing was excellent. Specially Mr Ahmed Front desk manager provided us excellent services. I recommend him for one step up promotion. He is very dedicated with his work. I am CEO/Chairman of Channel UK 44 in the UK Sky channel 576 UK Sky and UK News TV

There were some maintenance issues in one room only (electric kettle, fridge & AC) which were fixed very quickly on request. The maintenance staff & house keeping were very responsive which is positive side.

The location was close to metro station Doha Al Jadeeda station redline train. Staff, reception, maintenance, housing keeping, restaurant were very cooperative. Good breakfast. valet parking was available which was very convenient. Overall stay was very good.
