First thing I did not like in EZDAN Hotel was the lift lobbies near the reception from level 1 to up in tower 3 have bad smell coming from the garbage chute located beside it which I believed it is not regularly well-maintained with automatic cleaning system. I've complained about it but there was no action being taken until we've checked out after 11 days of our stay in the 3 bedrooms unit. In the toilets, they don't have glass and soap dish but they have the empty holders fixed on the wall. To contact for the room service or restaurant or any other facilities in the hotel is very difficult because there's no directory provided in each room as well as in the living area. Also, it's difficult to contact for the Room Service, usually nobody answers the call, or if there is, it takes time to get somebody to answer the call.

I like EZDAN Hotel west Bay for it's location which in the heart of Doha City near the City Center and Metro Station. Also I like the spacious Living area and Master's Bedroom.

The staff at the front desk was overall good but few comments. I request a late check out the night before and apparently the clerk “did not record it”., although he allowed it with a big smile. The next day, I was asked to leave the room on time because there were no late check out requests. That is not acceptable. As a visitor I might not ask questions that seem reasonable to the staff and they could anticipate, for example: no trains on Friday (after asking for directions), free bus service in some places. As a tourist, I should do some research, but an extra reminder from the staff would help. Lastly but small, the deodorizers in the main lobby is too much. It smells good, but it was overwhelming most of the times.

Modern building with nice facilities and a majestic view. I had an earlier flight and needed an extra night, they kindly accommodated that request. Room was always clean and the front desk answered all my calls in a timely manner. Bathroom was good, in good conditions and had all the utensils for my stay.

The room was a bit small, it’s a bit dark I had to open the bedside lamp to make the room bright. the breakfast could have been a lot of choice but it’s been always the same. We stayed for 4 days.

The location it’s accessible to restaurants, cafe and mall, it’s in the center. It’s convenient plus we were in 34th floor the view is beautiful l.

Room was never cleaned even when I put up the “please make up my room” sign at the door. I could never reach housekeeping through the phone and I had to call reception, which I was also not able to reach at times.

:( The lobby and the room are ok and clean. They need to walk a little bit more inside the building (next to elevators, stairs, way to the room) to check how smell and how dirty is everything. :( The gym was close but you don't know before the check in. :( They needed 19 minutes to bring my luggage back. And before this, the employee has asked ME in which deposits should he look for my luggage (I am afraid I am not working there to know where is your luggage deposit) Very important small things to develop and the hotel will be much better!

No glasses to use to make coffee instead a paper cups. Make the room left a stain on the sheet. They provide only two bottles of water regardless if you’re staying for a day or a month.

Few receptionist but too many customers. Needs a guide to help you locate your room because there are multiple towers and specific routes, it will be assumed as if you know are the tricks to reach your room and to be fair they are very busy to tell you. Checkout is very lengthy, their inspection took around 15-20 mins. Be carefull if you are having plane to catch.

Breakfast is great. Kids zoon at 4th floor. Very big pool and playing area. Gym. Parking Location.
