We paid for a seaview room but because the hotel was at capacity they allocated a room without a seaview. We didnt bother to challenge it as we were comfortable and were only there for 4 days.

Bed is small and not comfortable. Carpets are smelly and not clean. I booked sea view deluxe room but it was only side sea view and very small.

The hotel restaurant does not sell alcohol. However, there is a nice Hilton across the street where one can have a few sundowners.

The hotel is located across the street from the beach and is walking distance from two beach clubs. The staff was friendly and helpful. All requests were responded to in a timely manner (both electronically before we arrived and at the hotel). The breakfast buffet has a great variety and nice views. The pool area is lovely and overlooking the ocean (not infinity). The hotel is also located right next to a few cafes, which comes in handy for late night snacks. The hotel also gives vouchers for free entry to the W Beach Club.

Dinner charges way to expensive and not realistic for offer which they provide. Room was not cleaned last day of stay. Bathroom leakage after complain was not solved

The food was okay but not that great. Specially in terms of variety. The hotel had only a limited number of facilities.

The location is just perfect! Its just walking distance to the West Bay beach.

The room service wasn’t always the best. In most cases they did everything well but there were times when they took our bath towels and forgot to give us a new one (after calling the reception they sent us a pair, no problem).

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any clear guidance for using the facilities and towels etc. I also didn't like the fact the spa for men and women wasn't working.

I liked how my room was changed as it didn't meet the expectation of what I was booking for.

Property was advertised as beech front however they were renting another companies beech and therefore we were not allowed to take food/drink from hotel onto beech, only purchase food from the beech vendors which was obviously priced high and not a great variety. Also you had to carry down beech towels from the hotel, over a dual carriage way, along the road to get to the beech which is not great when you have kids. Some of the security guard were really moody, and other the compkete opposite. For disabled people in a wheel chair access is not great on the beech. There was a double booking issue and higher management argued with us they would not refund, we never asked for a refund, so not a great check in. Also on checkin we were not informed of all the facilities avaliable at the hotel or how to access them. There was a couple of days where we only had 1 large towel, not great if you have a small family in the room

On day reception Abdul Wahab was amazing, concierge team was good and on Night reception Syed was good. Free water, tea and coffee. No alcohol on premises, family friendly and good views from room. Security really friendly and would always greet with a smile. Room service team were flexible. Prices for room service were resonable.
