They made 1 double bed from 2 single beds. So we keep falling into the gap all the time.

We paid to stay here because easyJet told us we were staying in “Bodrum” yet when we arrived at our original hotel, we were 2 1/2 hours away from Bodrum… (thanks @easyJet… 🙄) I originally paid on my debit card for this hotel but on 2nd thoughts, decided I’d prefer to pay it off over 3 or 4 months on a credit card so when we arrived at the hotel, I asked to change payment method (having already had the money debited from my current account). “No problem” said the hotel… so I paid, again, on my credit card and was told “money will go back on first card in a day or two”. Great, no problem, as I’m here for 11 days… From around day 4 or 5, day after day, I went to reception and asked where my refund was - “any day now, sir”. Ok… The hotel was actually lovely inside, not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination but a good 3-star. The food was pretty good - quite similar most days but something you can find to eat that didn’t give you a dodgy stomach… (be aware - food is available in the upstairs, rooftop dining area but is advertised to serve food until 9pm. By 8.45pm you will have no chance of getting food as the restaurant and kitchen staff are desperate to be out of their shifts and everything is cleared as quickly as possible). In the hope of keeping our table one evening, I left a disposable e-cigarette on the table to show we were sitting there (as every time we went to get more food on previous occasions, the table was swiped clear and someone else was sitting on it by the time we arrived back at “our” table… so we returned on this occasion to find everything swiped clear again - including my e-cigarette… little did we know at that point, e-cigarettes are illegal to buy/ sell in Turkey (be warned - you will not get any e-cigarette paraphernalia in Turkey!!

there should be Turkish music playing at the restaurant and pool area. there was no music. there was tourists who brought their speakers and played their own music which was not nice as we did not want to listen to that music. if the hotel plays pop Turkish music this will advertise the music and also make it more entertaining.

Frankly saying it’s far away from 5 star, because it’s not . dishes and restaurant wasn’t clean caps broken drinks in paper caps including cocktails Staff doesn’t speak English (except few) and the hotel full of foreigners Old furniture like stuck in the past Pool isn’t heated service in general doesn’t really exist as for a 5 star

Food was bad, looked like leftover food from one day was turned into a new meal the next day. A lot of turkey in the meals. Recommend to eat somewhere outside. Rooms were not cleaned very well and shower and toilets were old. Looks like there had been little to no maintenance/renovation. This hotel is good if you are young and like to party, lots of young people and very close to the clubs. Food etc. not that great.

Best thing about the hotel is its location, private beach and walking distance to the clubs. Also AC in the rooms were nice.

Bodrum is the best location for summer holiday. You have simply not enough time to enjoy the city. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. İ enjoyed a la carte restaurant experience which is included if you stay more than 6 days.

Food and beverages were really below the expectations Cleanliness No bathroom air extractor Water draining system in the bathroom was really poor Too many stairs to go to anywhere inside the hotel Only two elevators for such 5 stars hotel? Services team was using the same elevators of the guest, so you can imagine that you and your kids in very small elevator with guy pushing trolley of beers cylinders or old dirty sheets Air conditioner system in the main restaurant was really poor Again Food and beverages were really below the expectations The hotel need a renovation ASAP ( everything is old and rickety ) A'la cart dinner was closed during my stay due to technical issues!!! Overall all it was really bad experience. The pictures in booking account are completely different than the reality!! Never will go back again to this hotel!!

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The utter lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by both the housekeeping staff and the management left me utterly disappointed and feeling violated. Me and my family arrived at the hotel with high hopes for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, our expectations were shattered when we discovered that a significant amount of money had been stolen from our room(2 days in a row). What makes matters even worse is that the management was fully aware of the identity of the person responsible for the theft. They had clear records indicating that an unauthorized individual entered our room despite our explicit request for no cleaning service. When we reported the incident, the management's response was lackluster, offering only a half-hearted apology and vague promises to "look into it." Their lack of accountability and disregard for guest safety is deeply concerning. I urge potential guests to prioritize their safety and security when choosing accommodation and to consider alternatives to this hotel. This establishment has proven itself untrustworthy, with management that lacks integrity and responsibility.
