We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MauritiusNo room service daily. But they did clean the room once during our 5day stay and staff would provide you additional towels upon request. Parking in hotel backyard is 7euros per day but there is a bare land next to hotel for free parking Breakfast is 17euros per person additional fee, better get breakfast outside hotel. Bodywash was like a diluted dish soap solution. Mattress was too soft, my brother's back problem came back on the second day.
Rustic and pretty. Located close to the beach, bars and restaurants. There is a carrefour at some easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful and lovely people. Overall the place is clean. Rooms are nested in a garden filled with trees and flowers

FranceNo possible parking at arrival and access to reception. Private parking is available for customers but is too complicated to use. We were at the third floor with no elevators and narrow stairs which is not friendly at all especially to deal with luggages. Room was average and rather needing serious refresh.
Beautiful complex with nice outdoor amenities and a big swimming pool. Location is close to the beach and to restaurants.

IndiaThe breakfast was disappointing. 1 or 2 staff spoke English and we didn't enjoy the first 2 days of our stay. After that, there was one lady at the reception who was helpful and arranged local site seeing trips for us. The cleaning of the rooms happened after 3 days of stay. The cleanliness level of rooms and bathrooms was sub-standard. The extra bed provided in our room (for my daughter) was awful. We had taken a bus to a nearby beach and asked the hotel staff for the bus-stop, etc. We found out after reaching the beach that the last bus returning to the hotel was at 5.30 and we had missed it. Luckily, we found some friends at the beach who dropped us back. The hotel could have informed us about bus timings, local restaurants, etc. The restaurant at the hotel does not function at night. The water pressure in the bathroom is not great. The bathroom has one liquid soap. We bought all our toiletries from the nearby Carrefour super market. For non-French speaking guess, I suggest you can look for alternative accommodation.
The hotel is in a good location. Nearby restaurants that are good - casa cosi, ipanema cafe, etc.

Nice, Quiet hotel. Just an easy walk to the fishing harbor and town with lots of bars and restaurants around. The beach is 5 mns walk.
