    “The central location if fantastic, it's smack down in the middle of the Old City. Host is very friendly, will explain what and how. Bedroom windows are above a pedestrian thoroughfare, they're very isolating when closed but we did like hearing city sounds at night so left them open.”

The apartment has every facility we needed and there was a small supermarket and a bakery across the street. Our host was very helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful week in Split”

    “We had a ground floor apartment which was very spacious. The main issue we had was there was ants coming in the door to the apartment from the outdoor area. If we were on the first floor there probably wouldn't have been any issue. The pool area was brilliant. With amazing views of the port. There are quite alot of steps down to the centre. We didn't mind as we were young but it would be an issue for older people.”

    “The location is so close to the sea, you can walk down a small lane to the bay and enjoy a peaceful swim. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and perfectly clean with washing machine and airer and everything you could need. Beautiful plants outside and nice garden. Parking right by the door. The host was very warm and kind. Husband was delighted to receive a chocolate bar for his birthday. We would love to have stayed longer.”

    “It was lovely having some outdoor space on the terrace as well as the apartment so you could leave the door open during the day when you were there. The hosts were beyond helpful. They met us when we arrived and gave us a drink after our journey and then went through the map of the area telling us everything of importance. Nicest welcome I've ever received when staying in a self catering apartment.”
