“Despite the rainy weather, we had a wonderful time in Batumi. The hosts went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had.
There were amazing plants and flowers; cats wander around, as well as the friendly host dog. There are cozy corners to discover—spots to sit and chill, play one of their musical instruments, or read a book,— and a large common area with an equipped kitchen.
Lia has poured her soul into this space, transforming a simple piece of land into something truly magical over the years.
I really want to visit again, ideally when it’s warm enough to use the pool!”
“We stayed for two nights in this nice apartment. It was much bigger than we expected. We had a big living room and a huge two persons bed which was standing next to a large window. A perfect way to wake up, you don't get bored of the view.
The hosts were all very kind. They helped us to clean some inserts out of the room. Also they gave us some grapefruits and lemons from their own garden.”
“the owner of the guesthouse is a very nice person, he called us several times: first at the time of booking, then on the day of arrival to warn us that he would be away on business and asked his son to meet us. afterwards, he introduced himself and kept clarifying that he was ready to help with any request within the framework of our stay. my husband and I planned our vacation activities ourselves, but I’m sure Zurab would have suggested good restaurants, wine shops, and the best spots on the beach. an extremely hospitable man even by georgian standards!
the guesthouse is modest, but equipped with an excellent kitchen and washing machine, each room has a small bathroom, with pretty good plumbing and nice pressure and hot water in the shower, which is not so often seen on sea vacation in Georgia. the bed is comfortable, small lockers that can fit a set of things from a backpack (that was enough for us), each room has a balcony (we smoke, so this was important). interesting thing - we stopped by on a cold and rainy day for Kobuleti, so we lived with heating - it works properly. the location is excellent, close to the beach and a coffee shop with specialty drinks”
“Perfect location, nature, fresh air, nice stylish house, balcons and terrace, kitchen, bathroom, beautiful garden with bananas, oranges and khurma, close to the beach, markets, Roman ancient fortress.”
“The breakfast was awesome. Too much even for a big eater. A very nice and friendly family is running the guesthouse. They grow vegetables in their garden and all food is homemade. You can eat delicious and homemade dinner for a little extra money. The room and the bathroom is clean and I had a very good sleep. I really recommend this guesthouse.”
