“Gambarie is a small town in Parco Nazionale dell’Aspromonte. The hotel is a 5 minute walk, from the centre of town,set in a peaceful location.
The staff are customer driven, willing to create a ‘Calabrian’ experience, friendly yet remain professional.
The buffet style breakfast has many options. Dinner is recommended for local choices - delicious.
The service was excellent, very clean rooms ( great showers). and common areas. The big swimming pool a bonus!”
“The hotel is in a quiet, beautiful area surrounded by amazingly peaceful walks surrounded by large trees and forests not far away for a lovely hike. The hotel itself is extremely clean and has a beautiful garden and huge indoor swimming pool which you can use to your leisure.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
The breakfast and dinner options are very vast and delicious.
Our room was very large and had a beautiful balcony facing the pool and garden. The bathroom was also large and equipped with a great shower.
We truly didn't want to leave. We will surely be back.”
“The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and the staff made us feel very welcome, including a lovely log fire in the open hearth which was fully lit morning, noon and night!. Our room was big, clean, warm and comfortable. The food was excellent, with big portions of typical, local specialities, including some excellent pasta dishes. Breakfast was also hearty, with fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, fruit and fresh brewed coffee.
The walking trails were superb, which was our main reason for visiting.”
