    “We had a wonderful stay! Hotel is located in the city center, so it's close to different pubs, restaurants, main streets. We came by car and there is a big parking where you can leave your car. All staff was very friendly and helping. There is always a person in the reception, in case you need something or have questions. Room was clean and enough big for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Breakfast good. Spa treatments and pool - good. Definitely will come again!”

    “The hotel is great, the best thing about it is the SPA complex - one of the best in Bansko. We tried some good massages and therapies. The breakfast was good, a lot of varieties. The staff was friendly and tried to do our stay pleasant.”

    “Everything was perfect. Our room was huge with a lovely view of the Rila mountains. Very comfortable bed that makes you fall asleep right away. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, pancakes, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cheese and spinach pastries, and so much more. We loved the buffet dinners as well - both nights they served different dishes consisting of chicken, pork, beef, and fish, along with potatoes, rice, cooked vegetables, and of course many fresh vegetables, salads, dips, appetizers, soups, and desserts. The dishes were delicious and homemade, with many of the products coming from the hotel's farm. I also love that there was no smoking in the restaurant. The spa center consisted of a huge indoor and outdoor pool with warm water (even warmer in the winter), a hot/cold contrast pool, hamam, steam bath, saunas, contrast showers, igloo, and relaxation room. They also have doctors and massage therapists available. I would definitely come back to this hotel.”
